lithe limbs constructed to
hunt, leap, chase, and prowl
curl atop my bed throw
and with a little wiggle
and slow blinking eyes
she rests to nap at my feet

I do that too lol. If I'm writing a lot for a few days or in a good flow, though, I rhyme without knowing it, then look back and see I've already got a rhythm.

I'm on my phone so I can't reply with formatting, but you should look up rhymezone.com! I use it all the time when I get stuck on words. It's a godsend.

Have you tried freewriting? It's really helped with my writing block. I will just write a line of poetry and run with it for paragraphs until I stop.
