I will :). She leaves the nest for food and cuddles but I haven't heard the babies cry out for her today, she is spending most of her time there and I can hear her purring when she goes in there, like you say I want to leave her alone but do you think their ok?
Would she still be going under...
Hi, no we can't see them, she has them well and truly hidden!
I could move the blanket to check on them and then replace it but I'm scared of freaking her out and her hurting the babies,
She's a very friendly cat and keeps coming out for cuddles but is a very protective mummy I don't want her to...
She finally moved them yesterday but in to a really small spot, behind the birthing box we set up for her!
It's in between two wooden boxes under a blanket, should I move the boxes a bit to give her more space?
Or do you think she feels saver all closed in?
Pics of the babies, marshmallow the white and black one, kist the tortishell and white and tiger the white and tabby :) all doing really well, mums doing a great job :)
Mum does not want to be moved, put the box in front of her popped the babies and her in , she got quite rough with the babies dragged them out and went back to the couch, I'll leave it until she feels safe moving them. Thought she was gonna bite the little ones head off !!
Hi she decided to have the babies in the middle of the living room on my night gown! Do you think it will be safe for me to move her and her little one's to their box and put them somewhere quite,
The kids are due to get up soon
I don't want her to get freaked out.
Here's a really bad picture...
she had 4 kittens, one of which did not make it, it's heart breaking but I think she knew something was wrong, she didn't want anything to do with him,
Mums doing well and the little ones are all feeding ,
Thank you for your advice and support
Will post some pictures of the babies soon
