    Thank you so much. Yes I wondered if it was resorption. She’s not eating this morning but she may be a bit sore until I can get the next dose of loxicom down her. I can’t tell you how much of a help this forum is just to be able to share our worries over our beloved pets. Thank you agai.

    Yes the vet is qualified. I never looked at it that way, I guess she will be up with the latest techniques. Turned out Heidi had 4 bad teeth which have now been removed. X-rays showed no tumours & bloods showed no liver or other organ damage miraculously. As soon as she was home she wanted food...

    I’ve managed to get a quarter of a tray of food into her in the last couple of days after I liquidised it & watered it down. she’s currently at the vets under anaesthetic but there’s only a locum & vet who qualified 3 months ago. It just goes from bad to worse 😢

    Thank you so much for your advice and link. She is drinking a little bit. I’ll try to persevere with the syringe. Maybe she’s not in pain with it, I assumed she was because of her reaction! I thought she couldn’t open her mouth very well but I’ve seen her yawn. No I can’t get into another vet...

    Help me someone please ! I’m getting nowhere with the vet & I'm worried I’ll lose my beautiful Heidi. She’s 10 years old & cannot eat even liquidised food. She wants to eat but when she tries she opens her mouth & sways her head from side to side as if she’s trying to dislodge something inside...
