I recently got a whole bunch of purina muse masterpieces on clearance at petco. 48 cents a can!!!!:yess: My two piggies love love love the pheasant recipe. They devour it. I also got them to eat some sort of a shredded chicken food. I picked up a few cans of the weruva paw lickin chicken and...
I have two British shorthairs who are big eaters. I feed them wet food only. In my humble opinion most dry food is way too high in carbs and has no moisture and isn’t really great to feed to any cat especially a BSH who are so prone to getting chubby. My two get 3 meals a day all wet (mostly low...
I feed merrick also. Generally speaking pates are almost always lower in carbs than anything in gravy.. I had emailed the company and asked for their as fed carbohydrate number on their pates and this is what they sent me they are all very low carb and my cats have done great on them and have...
Those do look good except it looks kind of mushy? I don’t think my cats like mushy. They are more into firm pate type foods. Who knew cats would be so particular :angrywoman:
hi fellow cat people.
Upon my weekly browsing various websites for cat food deals I noticed a few developments that I thought I would share.
1. Petco now carries weruva which would be super exciting except my cats hate shreds
2. Merrick now offers variety packs on chewy. Now that’s exciting...
I think fresh step has a light weight version of a similar litter with lots of good reviews. The simply unscented version comes in light weight version. It’s very similar to the one I use. It’s really great. I highly recommend!
Hi everyone.
A little update. So my cats didn’t like the walnut litter at all. I liked the no dust aspect of it. One of them actually went poo on the mat in front of the litter box ( something that has never happened before). So I searched some more and stumbled upon fresh step free and gentle...
The pet store guy was in fact correct. The “ prescription diet” cat food requires a prescription on line as well. If you look it up on chewy you’ll see a little note on the bottom stating as such. Those are my :2cents: Good luck :cheerleader:
Your kittens are adorable. Mine love the merrick backcountry pouches as well. I’ve also had good luck with the natures variety pride line. They have various recipes of minced / sliced food. They are all pretty low in carbs and some are nice and high in protein. Mine go crazy for their rockstar...
I used the fresh step non clumping litter when my cats were babies and it’s somewhat dusty. Not horrible. I don’t believe it comes in non scented version. The smell isn’t really strong. It’s really good at odor control and it’s relatively inexpensive. Never used tidy cats.
In my experience rabbitt of any brand produces very stinky darker poops. I feed natures variety rockstar rabbitt in their pride line, I and love and you rabbitt and merrick rabbitt in rotation and I know when it’s rabbitt day their poops will stink up the bathroom.
