pearl99 pearl99 . If you have to read it early, you could write your review in a word document and when the time comes cut and paste onto this thread. If I don't write my review straight away I forget what the book is about but then I'm a bit scatterbrained.

I'm reading another book right now, but have Pretty Little Wife borrowed from my library, so I'll be reading it next.

I have it from the library. I have two other books to read for two other book clubs too so hopefully will get it done.
Hopefully you'll have time to read all 3 books. Just curious, what are the ones for the other book clubs?

"Klara and the Sun," by Kazuo Ishiguro and "Scientist: E. O. Wilson- A Life in Nature."

Those are 2 pretty diverse books. The 2nd one sounds interesting, though.
He had quite an interesting life, with his early growing up and all his travels for biology research.
The first one is scifi/fantasy, about a robot/android "friend" named Klara- friend for a little girl- about love, emotions, human nature.

I started "Pretty Little Wife" last night. Only a couple chapters read, so far, so no opinion yet.
