My neighbors have a newish puppy and a corgi. I can see them running and playing from where I sit when we do school. Previous neighbors built an amazing “treehouse” swingset with a ramp and slide. The puppy is still so light she slides coming down the ramp and them takes the littlest big jump ever off the last bit. Its SO funny!! I have to control myself and not tell DS because he will immediately stop his schoolwork to go watch. :flail:

I’m not sure what breed the puppy is but a mini so the 2 should stay well suited as playmates. They both like DS too.

What a morning. I went to Menards to pick up a few things and paid, or tried to pay with a Menards gift card. I had purchased the card intending it as a Christmas gift and thankfully decided on something else and kept the card. When I went to use it, there was no record of it being activated. Waited in line at customer service, but there was nothing they could do without a receipt. Waited in line at the receipt look up kiosk and then back waiting for customer service again. Spent at least half an hour more with the clerk trying to figure out how to correct the problem, then even longer for a manager. They finally had to call a Corporate help line to walk them thru giving me a new card.

Turned out two cards must have been stuck together. I got the I scanned one and the good card was turned in as “lost”. While it took at least an hour, I did end up with a good gift card.
