The owner of the mother cat said it's a male, but I'm not sure. He/she is approximately 12 weeks old and is called Pichau.
Ok, thanks for the answer!I would say male, but let others come on and put their input in too. I have been wrong too many times!
Ok, thanks.I think female, but I'm looking on a small phone screen. I'll raje another look when I get to my computer.
The opening is a small slit, but it doesn't look big enough to be a female, and it's a considerable distance from the anus.
Yes, it makes sense. It's more like a female. It's not that far from the anus, and it is a slit rather than a o so I'm going with female.
If s/he's twelve weeks there should be some sign of the bulging of the scrotal sac by now.
When I palpated the area I couldn't feel anything but empty skin given part of the urethra, but below the anus I could feel 2 bumps, but I don't know if they were the anal glands or the testicles. It's not that far from the anus, and it is a slit rather than a o so I'm going with female.

See, I took a picture while holding the ledge. I'm pretty sure it wasn't just skin, and it's on the left and right side. It's not that far from the anus, and it is a slit rather than a o so I'm going with female.

So probably what I felt were not the anal glands, but they were also in a position that is not normal for the testicles.
I can't see anything but the anus and urethra, and it's pretty hard to feel anything by palpating.I'm not sure what you are showing us.
The testicles should be able to be felt at this age, and you should also be able to see them to some degree.
There is also a lot of space between the supposed testicles, which makes it harder to identify.I can't see anything but the anus and urethra, and it's pretty hard to feel anything by palpating.
