Mum cat, she is panting and hot but is refusing to leave the child, to go in the AC room
She is not drinking water and i am running ger with ice good water now to get her temperature right, except her stomach region, where the kitten is.

I realize the discharge is clear, but that cannot definitively rule out an infection, especially given her temperature being high and that she is not drinking. She should probably be examined by a vet and possibly treated with antibiotics. Take the kitten too.

That's the problem I can't get a vet, cause dad is like it's ok,
There is not discharge now, maybe it was her saliva only, but she was biting her tail so much and her back leg, maybe an insect bit her.
And my dad was like just run detol on her legs and around her bum, the bacteria will die, but she is isn't moving from her kittens side and hissing if i try to move.
Maybe an insect enterd the nest and bit her, i have somehow changed the covers, but she isn't coming out of it

She is still rapidly breathing, but not panting or biting herself, maybe cause the kitten is drinking milk

keeping the kitten safe and warm is the right thing to do. You might try goat's milk while waiting for the kitten milk replacement. You'll want to warm it to body temp, that means warm it, sprinkle a few drops on your inner forearm above your wrist. If you can't feel it cold or warm that's the temp you want.

Back before there was kitten milk, we used milk formulated for puppies. It worked okay.

Have you tried applying soothing ointment on her anus, such as raw coconut oil or petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline)? She sounds miserable, whatever is going on. Are you able to take her to a veterinarian?

She is fine right now, when i took her to a cooler room, she become active, but stayed there only till I was there, then came back to her kitty.
She has moved her kitten to another place,
Isn't Vaseline not good for cats?
I was reading an article saying something like this.

That's a great idea, but she has moved her kitten back to that dusty place, the storage bags are aligned next to a wall. The place she has kept her kitten is very narrow, if the kitten stays to much time near the wall she will get cold.
Mum cat is sitting with her right now, should i move the kitten now or wait for mum cat to leave?

Keep using that rice sock, it can help with warmth. Keep a close eye on the kittens eyes, if they get goopy, gently clean the goop with a soft damp cloth.

can you make her a box the size and shape of the space the mom keeps moving her too? That size and shape space seems to make the mom feel the kitten is safer there
Didn't work out, she just started roaming around with the kitten in her mouth, and kitten starred becoming cold , couldn't watch that happen, so i let her take it back to that place, atleast i tried my best.
The bags i was talking about were near the stairwell door, which is always open except at nights, so there is no way if that Tom cat returns I will be able to save it.
All I can do is just pray now, that the kitten somehow survives and sleep which I haven't really done in the past 5 days.

Thanks for the advice but I don't think it will be of any use now..

I was gonna move out for college in 10 days anyway, till then i think I should go live at an aunts house or something, cause I don't wanna see the kittens dead body.

A small amount of Vaseline to help her poor little bottom isn't going to hurt anything. There are folks who feed Vaseline for hairballs and no harm has come to them. I even fed it to my first cat on a regular basis for that very reason - long before other hairball remedies were 'in fashion'.

This is the place where the kitten is right now, after clicking the picture i bend to see the temperature of the kitten, it wasn't really warm, only her chest was warm.
So i tried moving her back to the first spot but the mother cat saw me, and taken her back.
I am now gonna stop intervening, so that she doesn't become to irritated and takes the kitten out of the house.
Just gonna cover around this place so that cold air doesn't pass.
Also I think she moved the cloth to that narrow place herself, she had pooped on that about a month or 2 ago, we forgot to throw it out. The garbage is kept under the stairs, where cloth was too, can't even think of the bacteria.
And now she is moving around me, like her kitten isn't dying alone right now.
