IT could be a urinary tract infection, or even renal failure, or as simple as severe dehydration.. She needs to see the Vet, ASAP...
Try giving her some fluids.. through a syringe-- a baby's medication syringe--from the drugstore, if you have to..

Wishing you luck..
She desperately needs a Vet... ((hugs))

She's only a year old. It can't be renal failure.. right?

Is this the mother to the kittens who didn't survive? I would give her unflavored pedialyte in small but very frequent doses. Even though she is drinking water, the diarrhea can cause an electrolyte imbalance.

Can you say what is her problem actually.. She is having diarrhea too and there is lots of mucus in it. Her urine is thick dark yellow. Not eating and is very dull.

This is not something that any of us can diagnose as we are not vets. Even at that, a vet will need to do some tests. She is young to have renal failure, but the symptoms you are describing are all serious, even if this is not renal failure. Please let us know what the vet says.

I m sorry.. I m very stressed & scared right now.. want to know what happened to her. I will take her in the morning today. Veterinary hospital will be opened at 9:30.

Due to excess mucus on the blanket I thought it was diarrhea. But I think it is vaginal discharge because I have seen some thick fluid is coming out her urethra in the evening. Please take a look at this pic. There's blood and mucus in the discharge. She was spayed 8 months ago. will it gets resolved with treatment?

This cat has had kittens, or is pregnant? You said it is not the same cat as before. In the pic, I am seeing more of a discharge than diarrhea, which by no means shows that I am correct. This is all beyond any help that you can give her at home, so try to get her to the vet as you are saying you plan.

We understand that you are stressed and you have been through some very hard times with cats for a while now. You have a good heart and have tried to help as much as you can.

Yes this is vaginal discharge. It has blood and mucus in it. Earlier I thought it was diarrhea. She had kittens and was spayed 8 months ago. She is good after the surgery. This happened suddenly.

My cat is one year old. She was spayed 8 months ago. She was pregnant then. It was an emergency surgery as a kitten was stuck inside. She was fine after the surgery. From the past 2 days she looks dull and from yesterday she's not eating. There's vaginal discharge coming out. It has mucus and blood in it. I have attached the pic here. Please take a look.
I will take her to the vet in the morning. But please if anyone knows anything about this problem please tell me. Is it pyometra or can be any other issue. I am very worried for her.

Have you been to the Vet? What did he say.. You need to not delay. This can be very serious...

I understand you want to know what is happening; but, the ONLY person who can tell you is a VET.. You need to get your cat to one, Immediately..
This is not something to wait on.. Please let us know what the Vet says.. do not wait for us to guess. Please.

You cat is suffering... please..

Pyometra can happen in a spayed female if a small amount of ovarian tissue is left behind. This is unlikely, but a remote possibility. We can't say what this is conclusively and it may or may not require surgery or may respond to antibiotics or other treatment. But it is urgent.

I am so sorry for all this because of all you have been through, and I know you have issues with some of the vets you have access to, but nonetheless, she needs to be seen by a vet. Bless you for all you have done and are doing for the cats you take care of. You are a saint and I hope a vet can at least offer some alternatives for treatments. You are wise and can assess those alternatives but are most certainly welcome to share with us what you find out. :hearthrob::redheartpump::hugs:

It is 4 o clock in the morning. I will take her to the vet when the hospital is open. I knew about her vaginal discharge yesterday evening till then I thought it was diarrhea. I am nt waiting here to guess. I am scared and worried. I know the seriousness about this problem.

:grouphug2:A big group hug from all of us around the globe! Only a physical examination from an experienced vet will give answers. Maybe your vet can do an ultrasound or at least an xray. Keep trying to give her small amounts of pedialyte to keep her hydrated and rub Karo syrup or honey on her gums to give her energy (just a dab of syrup or honey, to keep her blood sugar up). It is so hard to wait for the vet hospital to open but not all areas have emergency services and those that do sometimes require the after-hours payment before they'll see the patient. I completely understand your concern. Sending prayers and vibes from California that your precious kitty makes a speedy recovery :vibes::vibes::vibes::heartshape:
