Her body is also a pale white with almost invisible small spots of light brown on her back 🙂

Beautiful kitten❤
Could be a mix with a Himalayan (color point Persian) or Ragdoll. Could even be a color point Persian(Himalayan) just not of the more extreme flat face type. Could also be a Ragdoll but as seller did not specify that, it is less likely.
Color point Persians and Ragdolls are both of a mix of long haired and color point cats. But they have different body types.
I cannot see the M in your photos but tabby patterned cats have M's. It is part of their markings. Solid color cats have the pattern as well but it is hard to see. My black cat has a M as well but I can only see it in bright sunlight.

Got her from someone saying she was a Himalayan. Her forehead “M” pattern and grey coloured tail is very confusing. Her paws are chocolate coloured too.
She is gorgeous 😻 and does look like a mix of those breeds mentioned. A reputable breeder will give you papers and tell you the history, breed etc. so with no papers or history she is a dlh sealpoint.

Sealpoint is the darkest of the original siamese point colors and is genetically the same as black as I undestand but on my Quinn, a pb sealpoint siamese, his darker areas look like very dark brown not black, whereas my kitties such as Zena, a recent rescue, who are all black or bicolor, the black areas look really black.
Zena does have some areas that look more blue and chocolate and shimmery lighter tones in the dark areas. I think because he is longhair.

It is not uncommon to see traces of tabby markings around the face and paws on sealpoints asthey darken over time and even later.
