We were supposed to have chicken on Sunday, but neither Rick nor I was really all that hungry and just had toasted cheese sandwiches. So we had the chicken last night.

While the baked potatoes were in the NFG, I split the breast in half lengthwise and sprinkled it with Special Shit. When the potatoes were almost done, I threw the chicken breast halves into the NFG and air-crisped them. I know Dear Richard isn't fond of chicken, so I brushed a bit of Ranch dressing on the halves at the end (he loves Ranch). Another two minutes per side with the dressing. He really liked it and I have to say that it wasn't bad at all. It would have made a nice chicken sandwich, had we had bread. Or lettuce. Or tomatoes. (I really need to grab some groceries!) We each had an apple dumpling for dessert.

I have no idea about tonight.
I use ranch for a marinade/top dressing quite a bit.It seems to add just a little something different,I think...and I use it on pork chops as well, under my bread crumbs.

I did not explain myself well. You don't eat the power. You add water and I THINK oil to it, and form it into patties and then cook it.
Well that sounds alright then! I would try it.

Dunno why they call it that, it is NOTHING like a fajita at all. There is no flour taco
That reminds me of the crustless pot pie that I had. It was just a bowl of veggies!

Lunch: Snack Plate
Dinner: Vegetarian Penne Alfredo bake with superhot Carolina Reaper powder

LOL, now that's just the outside of absurd! How can you call something a "pie" without a crust? WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE FOOLING???

Last night I had meatloaf and mashed potatoes for lunch and a country fried chicken bowl for supper. Tonight, which will actually be my "tomorrow night," because I haven't been to bed yet, and it is STILL Tuesday in my house!

that sounds kinda spooky gonna assume its a type of chili powder knowing you love spicy foods
It was the world's hottest pepper. Not sure if it still is. It's over a million on the Scoville Scale, hotter than the Ghost Pepper. I prefer Ghost Pepper, Trinidad Scorpion, and 7Pot over the Reaper though.

Since I have to share and the tiny human is a pasta fiend
Smart girl! Pasta is life. Does she like the vegetarian chicken?

Lunch: Snack plate-- I ran out of extra sharp block cheese!!! I only have crappy boring sliced cheese.
Dinner: Leftover Vegetarian Penne Alfredo Bake with salt, pepper, carolina reaper powder added.

Well, best laid plans last night!I was about to start dinner when hubby comes in and asks what we're having.Turns out he was craving tomato basil soup and grilled cheese sandwiches,so....that was dinner instead.Tonight was catch as catch can.Went to town and did some pre storm shopping ,so I think he had a couple of pieces of chicken and I'll have a heated up grilled cheese with a cup of hot tea.Works for me!
