We both had quinoa burgers on an onion roll with swiss cheese. I added hummus, red pepper and spinach leaves to mine. Carrot salad on the side. Honeycrisp apples for dessert.

i think it is but it has a lower smoking point than say canola once it hits that point it starts getting not so healthy cant say for sure its somthing i read a while back but i figure since i have a new non stik pan why use oil if its not neededYou can't have oil anymore? It's all about the condiments, sauces, seasonings...not really liking this new diet choice i made it is fun learning/trying to cook new ways and things though

You're not alone, I've been trying to get my husband off red meat for awhile. Even the doctor told him to reduce his intake. Too bad you don't live closer, the two of you could enjoy watching hockey together minus the red meat.red meat is going to be just a memory now
