IF it's cancer, you will deal with it, because you have to, for her . But don't go down that road just yet. She doesn't really have any symptoms of that, at least none you have mentioned, other than low WBC and platelets, and that might be from something else. But otherwise, she isn't showing any of the typical outward signs of being sick at all, except in those instances where she faints, and those are really few and far between (not that they aren't serious). The fact that she is eating well and not losing any weight is an excellent sign.
