Hi everyone! My aunt was feeding a stray cat and it gave birth earlier this summer. I adopted one of the kittens and based of of the looks I think it's a Turkish angora or some kind of mix of Turkish angora. It has odd coloured eyes, blue and yellow, has a long smooth white coat and a very fluffy tail. It's very friendly but only likes being petted when in the mood. If any of know what kind of cat it is please let me know.

Only 3-5% of all cats are pedigree or have significant heritage — the rest are all randombred with no or no significant breed background — and TUA are an extremely rare breed, on top of that. She’s a pretty, odd eyed DLH.

Chances are she is not a TA in these circumstances and is a dlh, but I would post more pics anyway so we can see more of her to see if she is a look alike for another breed as well. These genes are in the domestic cat population so you can get look alikes or look “similar too” Whatever she or he is she or he is really beautiful 😻 I love odd eyed white kitties and fluffy kitties ❤ I did a collage for comparison and she def has that look… as you already know I am sure 😀

She could have some Turkish angora somewhere in her mixed DLH gene pool; you can't really tell so in this case she's just a stunning Domestic long hair.

Angora cats were the first long hairs in the West, so technically all long haired cats are part Angora. Angora was a general reference to cats from
Turkey but could be the general area, as later Persian became also a broad term.
Lovely looking cat.
