The strap on my digital camera. Every time I try to take a picture he goes for it. Sometimes it results in a good shot, but usually it doesn't.

A while back I found an older broken camera I never threw out and stuck the strap onto a piece of string to make a toy. He would have none of it. He's only interested in the strap when it's attached to the camera.
I bet you have too many pictures of his nose and whiskers!

For both cats, plastic. For my cat ember she's obsessed with water! I had to get her a water fountain because she splashes out the water in regular bowls.
I seriously thought about ordering a water fountain for Daisy, who used my bathroom sink more often than I did. I usually could not go potty alone; she always followed me in for a sink drink. Unfortunately filters last only one month and are expensive to replace.

My first cat was specifically obsessed with plastic bags. When I saw her licking a library or grocery bag I said, "Emily you're disgusting."

I had a water fountain for Boone and Gracie and agree with the filters not lasting long. Plus when they drank from it, it sounded like having two dogs in the house lapping up water loudly.

Because of how they drink or the way water came out?

Probably a little of both. It looked like a bathroom faucet so it made noise anyway with the water coming out. But when they'd drink and interrupt the flow of the water, it made it worse.

I found a pack of them pretty cheap on Amazon!

Here's a new one - her little "Hot Cat" branded kicking stick. Sassy had seemed a bit depressed for a few days to the point where I was considering a call to the vet. Last night I noticed that she had assembled all of her toys in the middle of the living room, but was missing one - I found her kicking stick under the couch, slightly out of paw's reach, and retrieved it. She immediately began meowing excitedly and after an absolutely marathon kicking session fell asleep purring and snuggling it. This morning after breakfast she went right back over to it and fell asleep snuggling it again. Very adorable. "Oooh, my little stick, I missed you so much, I will never leave you again, purr purr purr"
Inseparable.

Gracie is obsessed with dragging the gnome wand toy around the house. I put it in their toy box every night and in the morning it is either in my room or the middle of the living room. Put it back and go to work and come home to find it back out somewhere in the house. Rinse...wash...repeat.

Mindy St. Claire is just in her third month with me and she's semi-feral (emphasis on the feral though -- still hasn't left my bedroom). I've had to teach her how to play, but now that she's figured out the wand toy, she's become rather demanding! She now chases and jumps until she's breathing heavy and she would go for HOURS. Last night we were up until the wee hours (whoops) and then when I woke up a few hours later, she was there STARING at me to say it was time to resume. She knows that, when she catches it, she has to release it in order to chase more, so she lets go and moves to the end of the bed to "go again" like a dog who drops a ball and resumes the ready-to-go position. I still can't pet her, but she is legit OBSESSED.
