Frances has been pucking like ever other day and I'm not sure why she's doing it. Is it just she's eating to much mice and just don't realize she's eating to much? Or is it something else?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Cat will puke sometimes after eating mice, rats, rabbits, birds, and frogs. Cats eat everything including the fur, feathers, and bones. I have heard that sometimes they'll eat grass to make themselves puke it back up. I don't know how true that is, though.

That could be an issue. I'd have her checked by a vet. Is she strictly hunting for herself, or do you feed her? If so, what?
We're feeding her and she's hunting as well. She might be eating to fast I only feed her like once a day cause that's all she needs but when I do she eats a lot of her food and really fast! We're feeding her special kitty right now.
Is she eating too fast as well as too much. It could be a hairball but I agree that a vet's visit may be on order.
That's very possible! I've never seen her have hairballs before.

Yeah, that's what I thought.

How many times a day does she go outside? I suggest keeping her inside for a few days and see if she's still puking. If so, a trip to the vet if possible wouldn't hurt. If not, I would blame it on the rodents. ;) Please, keep us updated!

I'm not really sure cause we leave the front door opened all the time (not night time of course!) So I would guess at least maybe 5 times I think! I definitely will! And thank you guys so much for your replies!!

She may need more than one meal a day. Eating too fast because she's hungry. How do you know she catches anything? Eating rats,birds,and/or mice does not provide her with enough nutrition. Have you weighed her?

Yeah maybe!
Well she brings mice into my bedroom and leaves them dead on the floor so I think she's eating a lot of mice!
I weighed her a couple days ago and she's 14 pounds right now.

If you are only feeding her once a day, she is almost certainly eating too fast. Adult cats should be fed twice a day, morning and evening. That might slow her down and stop the vomiting.
