Gorgeous Peacocks!!!! What a lucky man to get to feed them. Thanks for sharing.

Jcatbird Jcatbird That story of the lady in another country who bought your miniatures without knowing it was you who created them is amazing. That's what I call a God Wink!!! He was showing you how much others appreciate your creations. I love hearing things like this. It puts a smile on my face. :heartshape:

tabbytom tabbytom We seem to have footprints like that all over! One day this house may just grow wings! 🤔 Hmmm. That would make it a house fly. Blah! Lol

M maggiedemi Muffin is definitely nature baked. Lol

I guess we need some more recent Froggie photos!

I don’t have hot stuff here but that’s an easy fix around here. If you were here at the right time, fresh grown! I love growing everything, whether I can eat it or not.

Yep! A slip but not a bad one. Lol Sending live love!

Banjo does always win. I wonder if she plays chess?

dustydiamond1 dustydiamond1 That is beautiful! I can’t imagine being surrounded with that many peacocks. Stunning. Thank you!

Whenallhellbreakslose Whenallhellbreakslose Isn’t it amazing what a small world it is at times? I have seen a lot of “winks “ and consider myself very fortunate to have witnessed such things. Making friends with that lady was the best part. She was truly special. She played a special part in my life which is how I ended up visiting at her home. I got a wink before the wink. It pays to be very aware of those around us and open to new friendships. We never know what role a person will play.

A few more flower pictures for your viewing pleasure.
The lilies are exploding into bloom.

This one is called a spike speedwell.

And we started with one Stella d'oro, but after numerous dividings, we now have 8 separate plants. Here's one of the first blooms.

Whenallhellbreakslose Whenallhellbreakslose Indeed! Isn’t it neat how the universe puts things in our path? If we look, we find them like hidden treasures! Here is another small story. I was in a foreign place and sitting alone at a restaurant. I was feeling a bit isolated and far from home. A couple at the next table nodded and spoke. A friendly couple, we started to talk. It turned out that they actually came from very near my home! Just a couple of towns away but we never met until we were far from home and in a very small place by the jungle. We exchanged info and met again when we returned. I bet we all have a few stories like that. I have a lot of them. Lol

N NY cat man Just how big is your garden? Lol miles? I am familiar with Speedwell but don’t have it. It’s my opinion that lillies are hard to beat in any garden. The butterflies and some hummingbirds like them. Easy care and repeat performers ever year! Love them! The Stell d’oro are precious. Mimi day lilies! I planted one too. It is just beginning to get well established. I hope it spreads like yours has! I have some plants near it that are too invasive so... going to have to move those!
Beatifyl flowers and photos! Thank you for sharing! By the end of the season, I’ll have gotten that tour I was hoping for! The statue is just lovely!

You might be surprised at just how small our gardens are. Our entire lot is only 50x100 feet, and most of that is taken by house, garage, driveway, and deck. It doesn't leave a lot of room for expansive- or expensive- plantings. That is why there are so many tight shots of the flowers. Also, after this year I will have to divide several of the plants so they don't crowd out others. Some of the divisions will be replanted while others will have to go away due to lack of space.

I believe in serendipity. I always have. I remember asking my dad what the word meant. He told me, "Sweetheart, when you fall on your face in a mudpuddle, that's an accident. When you stand up and you have a diamond between your teeth, THAT is serendipity!"

I was not able to have the ablation. There are still some clots. The smaller ones are gone, and the couple of larger ones are much smaller, but not enough to risk jarring them loose...yet. We will try again later.

I hope the larger ones disappear as well. I hope next time you go to the hospital to check on everything, you have a good report. 💕💕💕💕
Yup, that's Serendipity for you. Also, a good Romance movie and Ice cream Palour in NYC! 😉 May you have some wonderful serendipitous encounters in your life.

Jcatbird Jcatbird Wow, you have some wonderful stories about how you keep meeting people in special ways. Whether you call it God Winks, Devine Appointments, or Serendipity, you seem to have a lot of these encounters.I would love to hear more of these stories when you have the time.🙂

I has a sad. I went out and sat for 30 minutes, and the only cat who came was poor Topper, whose humans have removed his collar and tossed him out the door. He was very glad of both the dinner and the company. I called for both Scamper and Splish, to no avail, several times. I kinda expected that. HOWEVER...there are three bowls of food out back, and two out front that will stay there until 11:00 when I head to bed. I'm depending on the fact that the cats patrol the area, and will notice the bowls are out again. I won't give up for a few weeks. They need to learn that I'm back. Poor babies. They always ran from Jazzie, then came to eat. Eventually, they will hear my voice and know.

Mamanyt1953 Mamanyt1953 Toppers owners know this is abuse? There is an animal welfare hotline there. Depriving of sustenance is all it takes. Maybe they just need a little information or help? It is against the law there but they may not realize or maybe he was just allowed out? Sometimes I find that once I share the knowledge of the law, people rethink their choices.
Try not to worry about Scamper and Splish. They will get your scent and begin to realize you have been there. I am not surprised that they didn’t stick around for someone new until they had plenty of time to learn about her. Smart kitties! Trust is given AFTER it has been demonstrated and earned. They will be back as soon as they know it’s you.:hugs:
Good to hear the clots are diminishing. All in good time. Kitten steps.

tabbytom tabbytom Those are lovely flowers! Agreed!

N NY cat man You pack all that in that much space? Amazing! You have Flower Power! It must take a lot of work to keep the balance with everything. Tipping my gardening hat to you! I guess it all forms a nice ecosystem once you have a plant integrated into the garden. Getting it established is the real trick!:clap2: That’s the kind of garden I would love to have. My flower gardens are spread out. One here, one there. Not connected into one gorgeous garden. Sigh.

Whenallhellbreakslose Whenallhellbreakslose Okay. Another story. Lol I sold orchids in the city for many years and met dozens of people each time. Often, the regulars showed up early to grab up the orchids before they got picked over. I tried to distribute them fairly to all the customers so everyone got something special but some days it was difficult. There was one elderly lady that kind of got pushed back by the crowd a couple of times but I held plants back and often have her something that I had held just for her. Some years later I moved here. Shortly after putting up my business sign there was a knock at my door. I opened it to find a large bucket of fresh blueberries! Wow! About a week later, I had another knock and opened the door to find strawberries. This time I saw a car turning around and I dashed out to find the same elderly lady at the wheel of the car! “Well hi!” She was smiling and asked if I remembered her. I knew the face but not the name. It turned out that the days I had given her the orchids were important days for her. She had been looking for something special to take her handicapped daughter. When she saw my orchid sign go up here, she realized I had become her neighbor. No more traveling all the way into the city to find a special flower. She had brought the fruit for my daughter to repay the kindness I had shown her. We became fast friends for the rest of her life and spent many days sharing plants, flowers and stories of our daughters. She, and her family became very important to me.
I have many stories like this. Remind me to tell you the one about the limo driver and the bride.

Mamanyt1953 Mamanyt1953 I seem to fall into a lot of mud puddles and I may not come up with a diamond but I always come up smiling. A few nice rocks too maybe?

It looks like we may be in for some rain! A possible tropical storm brewing. 3 to 5 inches possible. Banjo! Get the boat! Lol Huh. Apparently she doesn’t think we need the boat this time.

What have you got Banjo?

Blah is right! 🧀

Habanero is my favorite. But I also like the superhots- Ghost Pepper, Trinidad Scorpion, 7Pot, Carolina Reaper. 🔥

Precious! You’re a cat burglar!
Yay! Another shopping partner in crime. :cheerleader:

I planted one too. It is just beginning to get well established. I hope it spreads
I hope "it" can establish itself soon. ;)

Invasive is an interesting word...reminds me of a certain someone....🤭

By the end of the season, I’ll have gotten that tour I was hoping for!
If you ever have time, you should do a video tour for me of a day in your life! 😎

My flower gardens are spread out. One here, one there. Not connected into one gorgeous garden.
Yes, connecting everything is the key. Seeing where everything goes, where it fits in. 💐

It will be so romantic! Maybe I can go out with him for a song in the rain?
Hmmm...Never thought of my parasol as being romantic. I've only used it solo. Banjo is giving me ideas. ⛱🌂☂☔
