Ummm....I think I'm too tall for that. I fell over.
You can always use the back of a chair or a wall to help you balance. You'll still get the benefits to the top of your thighs and your core just from holding your leg out. Try to focus on a point in front of you that's not moving and breath deeply. A steady gaze helps you to balance.
You are very dedicated to your Yoga.
Yep, it's the only thing that keeps me sane some days.
;)
But I have enjoyed a couple days of relaxing and reading.
That sounds really nice.

I did some gentle yoga on Tuesday morning, then spent the afternoon cleaning out one of my sheds. Mr Husband is building himself a new climbing wall, so there was a lot of timber to be moved and sorted. I have enough spare wood to make a new cat tree.

Wednesday I did 90 minutes of yoga and then spent about two hours painting the outside of the new climbing wall. It's going to be bright yellow with Buddha Eyes, just like the last one.

Sounds like a good plan! Monday isn't a good day to start anything IMO, too many other things to deal with.

I did an hour of yoga yesterday morning, then spent the afternoon building a cat tree. It turned out pretty well. I posted a lot of pictures here Show Us Your Catios. but here's a pic of the finished tree.

Had time for about an hours walk before the sun went down too.

Here's my plan. I'm gonna start 2 days early, tomorrow. Then do 4 weeks. That way, by Monday I will already have gotten a head start. Let's do this!!!!!!!!!!!🚶‍♀️
I am going ahead with my plans on Monday to do Intermittent fasting with HIIT. I even ran out and bought Royal Jelly/Bee Propis and Pollen pills for energy. I will be figuring out my new HIIT exercises. Good luck with your program and wish me luck as well. 🙂

I haven't gone for a walk since the day I took the car in for servicing. But I have been doing hours of gardening, which means walking, lifting and digging, etc.

Thank you. Good luck to you too. I think I kinda do that intermittent fasting thing too? Since I eat at 12pm and 6pm, no snacks besides coffee. Is that similar?

Thank you! Starting one day early instead of two. I didn't get started today. But tomorrow I will!

M maggiedemi There are different intermittent fasting programs, the most common one is to stop eating after dinner(no later than 8pm) and fast until noon the next day, if possible. Since I don't even wake up hungry, I can do this type of intermittent fasting. My only worry is low energy which is why I am taking the Royal Jelly supplements. I was going to take Maca, but it contains 20 calories and that is considered breaking the fast. Some people drink black coffee and tea (also herbal tea). I.T. is not for everyone though. Some people also combine I.T. with lifting weights, however that wouldn't work for me since I need to be fueled up before strength training otherwise I would have to scale down on the weights which I think defeats the purpose. 🙂

rubysmama rubysmama Thanks you. I will post sometime next week, letting you guys know how things go. Hope you are having a good weekend so far.🙂

Gardening is hard work. I always feel more exhausted after a day in the garden than I do after a long walk.

That sounds doable. How about for the rest of the day, do you have to eat at certain times or whenever suits you?

I was busy yesterday so only had time for 30 minutes of yoga.

Today I did 90 minutes of yoga and a 30 minute walk

I eat 2 meals and a snack in-between. I usually have a late breakfast instead of lunch (since I like breakfast food) then I have a snack at 3pm and dinner around 6 or 6:30pm. I usually stop eating by 7pm the latest and do not eat breakfast till 11am. On this program, i will be pushing back breakfast to 12pm. I will do my HIIT and Ab work first (I will drink green tea right before) and when that is done (probably an hour later) then I can eat breakfast. It works for me because I am never hungry in the morning. I guess I don't have that big of an appetite. I hope this revs up my weightloss. I am losing inches (I never weigh myself), but I need to push this because that window that is open in the beginning of weight loss is going to close in the next 2-4 weeks. This is the time you lose the most weight, than things tapers off and weightloss slows down.

Keep doing your Yoga and walks. I bet the Yoga really mellows you out. Once I am done with my weightloss, I will be getting into it. It is very good for the body and mind. ❤

Went out for a minute yesterday to water a new plant, and ended up digging holes and moving a bunch of other plants to better spots. Then lugged several full watering cans from the hose to the garden to make sure they all got drinks. As that minute stretched into 90, guess I can call that yesterday's exercise. :)

It rained off an on all day yesterday. I started off with 45 minutes yoga, thinking I'd get a walk as well, but it was raining by the time I'd finished. The only time the sun came out while I wasn't working was for a 30 minute slot in the afternoon, which I spent raking a path through the jungle so the cats don't get lost in all the vegetation. 45 minutes yoga again after that.

This morning I started off with 90 minutes yoga. i was just tying my shoes ready to go for a walk when there was a huge clap of thunder and it started pouring again. Maybe tomorrow will be better for walking.

:crossfingers:

I didn't start yet, but I will tomorrow. I even wrote it on my calendar this time. June 16th to July 19th. I want to get a full month in, and a few extra days to get going. I'm getting my vaccines in there, probably June 29th and July 20th.

I put my sweatpants back on. I know I said I would never do this, but I felt like I needed the comfort of them, and I can move easier.
