Nitro Brew, is something I have not tried; nor, do I know the specifics of. I think nitrogen is pumped into the brewing water, making it smoother... supposedly smoother than cold brew.
Yes, that's correct and it's delicious but it costs more so I only get it as a treat when I have a reward. Here's what I read about it:
Nitro cold brew has a gorgeous reverse cascade, so it's really cool to watch. The drink tastes creamy and fizzy -- some say it has the mouth feel of a Guinness beer (minus the alcohol taste, of course). Cold brew is smoother and less acidic and bitter than traditional iced coffee, and it's a little more caffeinated.

I had 2 cups of my dark roast coffee today, both hot - 1 with breakfast and 1 after lunch.

Opened my new bag of coffee. This is what I'll be drinking for the next while.
I'll have to get some Colombian coffee again sometime. They have some medium-dark roasts.

That does sound good. I used to love Guinness dark beer. Too bad it's cold though, I like my coffee hot.

Just drinking my Folgers Black Silk dark roast coffee. I made it strong with 1/2 cup coffee grounds, since 1/3 cup was still too strong for her. I'll just make it the way I like it, to heck with her. Anything less than 1/3 cup isn't even coffee! ;)

I found a box of Green Mountain toasted marshmallow coffee. I am trying it this morning. This particular blend is sweet; I do not need any sweetener with it. It reminds me of a S'mores..

I will keep the box as a 'treat' from regular, plain coffee.

Awww, I would try following the directions if it says concentrate. It might taste really good made the right way. Don't waste coffee, that's a sin.

Just drinking my Folger's Black Silk dark roast coffee, made strong with 1/2 cup grounds.

Yes, Cold Brew lacks the coffee aroma of hot coffee. On the other hand, it much smoother.. and does not have the 'bite' that regular coffee has.

I have tried the concentrated bottle of cold brew. It was diluted according to directions, but I still found it too strong for my taste. I prefer just to pick up a cup here and there, when I want it.
It would also take me forever to finish up the bottle!

I like to have hot coffee for breakfast! not cold, iced coffee.

This mornign was my regualr Columbian blend with almond milk and a tad of maple syrup.
On my way home from Mass, I stopped at Dunkin to pick up a cold brew with almond milk.

I agree! I don't care the temperature, give me hot coffee first thing in the morning! But I'll happily drink iced or cold brew later in the day.

gonna cook up some french toast and lil smokies sausages to go with this coffee now
Now I'm craving vegetarian sausage. Aldi is always out of it, so I'll try Walmart.

I'm boring, just drinking the same thing, Folgers Black Silk dark roast coffee. Maybe I should get a K-cup machine, so I can have more variety. Don't those little K-cups get expensive though?

we buy big sized boxes but to me those lil k cups still cant beat a cup brewed with grounds in a traditional coffee maker(potency, flavor etc.) i like to use alot of grounds.you should try making coffee Mediterranean, mid eastern style. its really good that way.make sure to never stir the cup though

M maggiedemi You could try a french press. That way you can save money on the bags of coffee, in different roasts, flavors.

Yes, the Keurig can get pricey; especially if you are drinking more than one cup a day.
You can get large variety packs, but are limited, as you cannot pick which flavors you want.

They do have large boxes---24++ K-cup~~ some boxes even have more in them.

For the Keurig machine, there is a non-disposable, refillable cup, which can be reused over and over again. I fine that it does work all that well for me; and the coffee is just not strong enough. You fill this cup with your own coffee. They also sell filters for it, like a mini-muffin paper ...

For Breakfast: Columbian coffee with maple syrup and almond milk.
Mid morning: Green Mountain Coffee with turmeric; almond milk and maple syrup

I have been using maple syrup, in place of sugar, for over a year now. I was on a very strict diet.
Maple syrup was an allowed sweetener.. I did not use sugar; just the maple syrup.
I got used to it. I use the dark variety of real maple syrup. I find the lighter variety does not have as deep a flavor as the dark syrup..

Strange; When I was small, I hated maple syrup; although, we had the cheaper versions...
The one with the Girl on the label. I think it was Vermont Maid. I also hated the real stuff!
It is so ironic how life changes you..
