Feeling tired! I've been helping out at the local surgery with all the paperwork for COVID 19 vaccinations (possibly only a problem in Germany) - tomorrow another 30 patients - so this evening I'm just going to post recent pictures of 2 of my lovely black cats.
Here is Mogi: 14 years old, rather shy, so I didn't get close enough to discover that she wasn't the tom-cat, I'd been told I was rescuing! I was uncertain but the truth came out when I took "him" to be neutered and Mowgli became Mogi.

A black beauty - at least that's what I think!

And here is littly Katy, she'll be 9 years old later this year. Short legs, short tail but sooooo cuddly. A road accident meant she lost the sight in one eye - the vet wanted to euthanise her but after two months intensive care, mostly on my bed, she's the happiest little cat you can possibly imagine

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! Mogi and Katy are gorgeous! So glad they have safe haven with you *and carrot toys, too!* There was a little black Katie in my life, too -- she was a "community cat" who became OUR cat. Her nickname was "Squirtle" because even though of course we had her spayed, she sprayed A LOT.

While Pantera has recently lost weight- much increased activity level since temperatures here have dropped somewhat- she still gets confused for a male cat due to her build. Not that she seems to care...

It's just the afternoon light; Pantera actually has jade green eyes but they sometimes look yellow in some lighting conditions
