I’m so sorry. That’s how I was all of last week. It takes a toll on you physically and emotionally for sure.Last night and today were terrible. I slept from 8 p.m. to midnight, was up until 5 a.m.; slept again until 10 a.m. I hope to make it through the night tonight. This is really ruining my life.
For me personally, if I go to bed before 12:30, I will wake up again sometime around midnight and be up for hours like you described.
I am praying for you, and I really hope you sleep well tonight.
