I seen that a few people have received medals. I know that some were given recently because members were nominated for awards. But with medals of acknowledgment for TNR or feral care, how are they given out? Also, what about Media? Just curious. Still trying to learn about everything on this forum.

If by media you mean Picture of the month, It is the winner of the themed monthly photo contest that is in Fur Pics. When there is a contest going on the thread is featured on the main page.

What medals? Not sure what I'm looking for with this
is it a public way of showing when any of us do wrong?
The medals are all for achievements or recognition of completely positive contributions to the site or to the world of cat care. You may have noticed the Feral Friends designation, along with Suppurrtive Furriend, Pawsitive Person, and Cat's Whiskers. There is also a monthly photo contest.
That's not how we roll here on The Cat Site. If there is an issue with a member we take it up with them in private and do not discuss it with any other members.is it a public way of showing when any of us do wrong?
