Yes. Be sure you spay her first when the heat is done with - its more difficult and more dangerous to spay when in heat.

And dont let her sneak out. She will prob do her outmost to sneak out, if she smell a tom nearby, perhaps several hundreds yards away. The same for the tom. He will wait ouside the house, if there is any fertile tom in a mile range...

It's preferable to do the spay when not in heat, but it's not always possible to predict when making an appointment whether a cat will be in heat at some specific time in the future. If she's back in heat when the spay appointment comes, in my opinion it's better to go ahead and spay, rather than to wait too long and risk pregnancy or infection.

Just make sure the vet knows so he can operate accordingly. I had a little one spayed while she was in heat and she came through fine, it cost me 50.00 more though, but was well worth it!

How many days would it last? Is there anything I can do to help or reduce symptoms?

No, just feel sorry for her, though it will be hard because she will be so annoying. It lasts at least a week and she will go right back into heat quickly if she is not bred. I had mine spayed while she was in heat, though if you can wait it is really better.

She seem to be in heat only at night because now that it's morning she isn't crying as much or lying down in heat position

The behaviors will vary in intensity while she is in heat, this is normal. It can be milder on the first day and typically gets more intense on the 2nd - 3rd day. Most cats are in heat for about a week at a time, then a short break, then they come back in heat again.

There's not much you can do about it, just let it take its course, make sure she stays indoors, and make an appointment to get her spayed. Many cats pee on things when they are in heat, so make sure there are no attractive pee targets lying about your house. Soft things are attractive pee targets, such as piles of laundry (either clean or dirty)... some cats like to pee on paperwork or plastic bags... I have also had cats that like to pee down the heat vents...

Definitely looks like she's in heat. If at all possible isolate her in a room by herself to make it much harder for her to get outside, if she does get out she will probably stay out until she gets bred and may not even come back at all.

I don't know if it's because of the pain but she lies down like this a lot..

Yes it's possible, though with a strictly indoor Cat that's litterbox trained it's most commonly a sign of a medical issue like a urinary tract infection. But yes, a female in heat will sometimes spray.

My experience is that it's pretty common for females in heat to pee on certain types of things. Some do it and some don't. In a spayed cat you would worry about a medical issue but for a whole female it's pretty much par for the course... just one of the many reasons to spay! :)

They can, especielly when in heat. Some females are peeing quite a lot when in heat. So its not much to do with being "house broken", they just do it, even if they are otherwise well behaving. So its another reason to spay them, if you arent a breeder.

Observe, there is also a totally different behavior when they behave alike they are spraying, but they arent: its when they are excited, and perhaps hope for some extra something little to munch on.... :)

Not all cats do, but withsome its very visible. I did jumped up when our stud did so, but he didnt sprayed in THESE situations. Being stud, he could spray, but not in this situation. He still makes the moves although he is a harmonic neuter since a year back.

Also, one wanna be wife to him, her owner told me about exactlhy the same thing and situation her girl did....

I guess I've been lucky then, I've had never had a female pee outside a litterbox just because of being in heat. I suppose I should count my blessings on that.

She might just be tuckered out from being in heat. It can be stressful and exhausting for them.
