It was interesting. Get in pushup position then turn your legs to the right and walk 4x away from you and back then left side For the kick out, plank turn to the right, kick with left, back in plank then kick up with right
I can’t even imagine completing that properly. This is why I don’t dance.

I do no have his balance so I do stumble. Hardest is on your knees, stand up on one leg, knee out,in,back down. Or Romanian deadlift. standing on left leg rt leg strait back. I can now do the monkey squat which has really helped my back. Squat all the way down on the floor then stand up

I think I might be somewhat younger than most of you, but I'm an early retiree,
I wish I could retire early! Only another 23 years to go......
:sigh:
Great pictures though.
Thank you! There is some lovely scenery around here.
i haven't been keeping my sports bras handy
one was in the wash
and another was lying in a pile of dust and cat hair
I wear yoga vests all the time. I do have one proper sports bra that I save for when I go horse riding. I ride very bouncy little ponies, I need all the support I can get.

I've had a pretty good week. Yoga every day and at least an hour walk, 90 minutes walk twice this week.

Today was my day off so I went to a place called Numazu. It isn't exactly a beach, more of a port, but there's a nice park near the ocean. It was raining, so I did 90 minutes yoga on the covered wooden boardwalk in the park. At least I could see and hear the ocean. 30 minutes walk on the beach too.

This is what a Japanese beach looks like.

Youngest went with the husband and I on last night's walk. He did fine with walking slower for my husband (he and I are fast walkers) until we were almost home. Then he took off and was about to enter the house when husband and I hit our street.

Oh, I meant because of health, but I know what you mean. 🙂 But you know, having that much free time isn't as fun as it sounds like and I'm currently trying to learn some skills so that I can at least/maybe work from home in a couple of years. Oh well.

What is that? :dunno:
They're weird looking, aren't they? They're supposed to protect the coastline from erosion and lessen the impact of tsunami. They're cast concrete, you see miles and miles of them along stretches of coastline near ports where lots of ships use the shipping lanes.

Took my walk this morning at a nippy 24 degrees. There was no wind which made it a little more tolerable but it was still pretty darn cold. But my rowing machine has been ordered so in ten days or so I will have a choice of inside or outside exercise. I have also decided that I will gift myself an audible subscription so that I can listen to a good book while using the rower. I am pretty excited about that because it makes time pass so fast and I love listening to books.

We're reading Where the Crawdads Sing as our November book of the month, so maybe you can join us. :read:

No exercise today, as it was another wet / misty day. Tomorrow is going to be sunny, so I might get for a walk. Going to be cooler, though, with the high only 10C / 50F :cold:

Took my 2 hour walk inside today, to a Journey/Foreigner playlist that dad made for me. My brother was right, classic rock really helps to get you moving. I felt like it was carrying me along.
