I hope it gets hot here! This weather is so confusing, I never know how to dress anymore. Yesterday going down the road it felt like summer, and coming back the breeze felt like winter. Weird.

How many hours do you walk total per day? I always walk 2 hours.

My positive is we tried a new toothpaste which was a gel instead of a paste, and I really love it! It seems to work better and much less messy in a gel. I don't know why I never buy gel, I always just grab the paste for some reason. It's Kiss My Face in the orange mint gel flavor. I probably would buy a cheaper one, but my mom wanted the natural fancy stuff.

When I walk with the husband, it takes 30-40 minutes because he walks slow. We only do 1 mile. When I go by myself, it is at least an hour to an hour and a half. I go at least 3 miles usually.

That is so sweet of your vet and I agree that they are gentle giants. This is my first experience with owning one. My hubby has owned them before in the past and is experienced. He loves them and I can see why. Augustus has completely stolen both of our hearts. I’ll be sure to post photos as he matures.

Will wash more sheets and the camis and shirts Nicole bought for me. Having my bd dinner at their house
midafternoon. Haven't had dinner there since before lockdown...maybe once? Beautiful day yesterday,
read on the deck, had a nap with Cal, then more reading. Nicole came by with bd gifts and we talked awhile
till she had to leave for a horseback riding excursion. Grayson, age 5, was going to ride a horse at an ex work
colleague's house. She and hubby raise horses. Sounded fun.

My positive is I finally got my two cat shirts. It took 2 months! They gave me a refund, but they also let me have the shirts. I like the one that says Cat Mom, it's really nice. I don't like the one with the pic of the black cat on it. When I tuck it in my jeans, you can't see much of the cat, it's on the lower right hand corner of the shirt, and the patch/pic is made of this weird shiny plasticky material like those olden day Halloween costumes or like kite material? Hard to describe.

Had a great bd dinner at Nicole's yesterday. Baked spaghetti, garlic bread and salad, and of course cake with buttercream frosting!!
Haven't had the cake yet, was too full from dinner. David made his famous guac so I pigged out on that before dinner, oink, oink.

Was a beautiful day as well. Got to meet David and Sophia's daughter, age 7 months. She looks like she is one!! So adorable.
Ryan and Grady were there. Grady is now 14 and has arthritis and has had 2 knee surgeries. The baby took quite an interest
in him. He is a rescue dog and can be aggressive so you must keep an eye on him. He loves children.

Turned out to be a wonderful time.

I finally washed and decided to wear my contest prize t-shirt today, and it's a good thing I did because it's a wee bit snug and it might be one of very few times I can wear it in the next three or so months. :lol: It's positive I didn't wait until I got too big to try and wear it!
