hello to everyone! want to introduce you baby Tokyo. first of all, im russian, hope my eng is not the worst. for many years i was a doglover, since 5 years old, as i remember, even ended moscow vet academy as professional dog specialist. i never thought, that i will be a cat mother. so, want to tell you our story.

late evening my classmate heard scream from the trash. it was going from a litter can. found a tied up squeaking plastic bag. what type of person did this? why? take away 2,5 weeks old kittens from their mother and through them like a trash. anyway, she took them home and chatted to everyone about it. it was the first time i saw a kitten and fell in love with it. however, they look simple. thats why i was sure - its something special and deep. i found her.
Tokyo when classmate found her

another photo of her that day (she looks like an alien here, my heart was broken by how cute she is)

there were two sisters, other baby took my another classmate, she called her Syrnik (cheese pancake). in the morning of the other day i bought everything for Tokyo and was waiting for her. my biggest fear was the attitude of my dog. he is a 4 year old chinese crested and terrier mix, very jealous. so few hours later baby Tokyo is home. we went to a vet, doc said she is healthy, weights 260 g, possible birth day 05 may 2020.
first calm moments home, Sonic watching our new "puppy"

i named her Tokyo after my brothers poster where chinese white cat (one that waves her paw) is standing on skate with joint (sorry) in her paw and text "REBYATA, TOKYO!" (GUYS, TOKYO!). no more questions, perfect name for this bun. few days later i was moving to another place, it was first time when Sonic and Tokyo were close together (i was worrying about quarantine, because baby Tokyo is defenseless against diseases), she was screaming so loud and wanted to be with Sonic, so i had to.
Sonic with his little sister

when she was living in a box (milk baby - sleeping ans eating) it was such a peaceful time.. she was always clean (cleaned her with a toothbrush like a big cat moma). but after few weeks Tokyo became a real hobo. bathing and brushing wasnt helping anymore..
little hobo Tokyo, the dracula

she is a big baby now, 2 months. nice little kitten, eating well, knows where litter box is. dont know why she loves to sleep on the floor.. drama girl haha.

dont know how she will look, but i feel a drop of siberian cat is in her gens. was asking about it here.
this site is actually a treasure for me. russians dont take animals as serious as i need.. like here. its a very unique experience, that i want to capture. and share it with you, if you are interested a bit. glad to be here among cat specialists and just cat lovers. из россии с любовью! <З

WELCOME! We're so happy that you found us! And your English is far, far, FAR better than my Russian, which consists of two badly pronounced words that I'm sure I would misspell. Tokyo is just adorable. I'm really looking forward to watch her grow up!

Welcome! Tokyo is absolutely adorable! Thank you for taking her and caring for her! (And that your classmate took Syrnik!) People are just horrible sometimes. Those poor little sweethearts were lucky to have found you and your classmate. I am looking forward to more pictures of sweet Tokyo. ❤

Like you, my husband is a dog lover. He would only have dogs before he met me. Eleven years together, and he is a proud father to nine cats and three kittens! Haha! He still loves dogs, but he definitely loves our cats.

Our cats, in order of when we got them: Estella, Astrid, Fennimore, Willow, Simon, Tara, Freya, Evangeline, Silas, Iroh, Cassian, and Xanthippe.
