Way to go! Sounds like you got a lot done! :celebrate:
Yep. Now for the bags I set outside as I'm going through those. But those are easy. I'll test the charging cables to see if they work. If they don't they get pitched. If they do, I'll put them in storage in a rubbermaid container for when I need one. And as I said anything else I haven't used in 5 years is getting pitched. I'm even getting rid of my salt lamp at a thrift shop, as if the time comes I can bring in these cats I know those are not safe around the cats. Even though they are pretty the cats come first. I can set up a meditation room to close off at some point.

Now that I have time to relax I'm musing over the woman who thought she can go within 3 feet of a wild bison to take a photo. May sound mean but I really don't feel sorry for her.

You don't want to get that close to a "tame" bsion either!

I'll still feel sorry for her, because getting gored by a bison is extraordinarily unpleasant, but it was entirely avoidable and the rules/signs exist for a reason.

Trying to get as much school work done as possible before Saturday but this heat makes me sleepy. I came upstairs at 6pm to "rest" after helping my mom outside with something. I just got up and now it's 8pm.

We were trying to put the AC in but it was just too hot to do it. The fish tanks have been overheating in the living room because the temperature in here is close to 90°. Not sure what else to do.

Nevermind. I found it.

Thinking about how clumsy the one female raccoon is. First she climbs up on top of one of the cat's chairs (mine actually but Sopdet claimed it), the chair topples over landing her right on top of the cat tent collapsing that. Then she makes her way to the front of the yard and collapses the pet playpen. It looks like WWIII out there. She walked off without incident but my 2nd cam in front can't find the playpen or the cam inside the playpen. Ugh I have this to clean up now.

I'm in a dilmena with this. She's very skinny, doesn't seem steady on her feet, like Harrison, Patty and the other raccoons, but she has babies obvious by the red swollen teats. What should I do about this?

I thought the soybeans were corn, hee! It's beautiful there with a lot of history. Have you been to the Badlands?
The corn is 8 feet tall already :D. I have been to the Badlands but they're on the West side of the state, and I'm ALL the way on the East side of the state, 300 miles away.

East River and West River are so different that we basically consider them separate states.

I FINALLY got my cat enclosure done! I moved here almost 7 years ago and promised the cats an enclosure right away. . .

It's just made with dog kennel panels, attached to the side of the house. Plastic poultry netting over the top, I hope it holds up. Menards was out of metal chicken wire and I didn't want to wait for a special order. The thing in the middle is a plastic shelf unit I had out in a shed, because the netting was sagging, lol. Someday I'll replace it with a proper pole. It's 15' x 20'. Unfortunately because of the trees they wont get any direct sun, but at least they can chew on grass and roll in the dirt.

I'm hitting myself over the head over the purchase of this blasted iphone 11 Pro. Where the heck is the stupid icloud storage and why can't app data be erased when deleting an app like on older models of the iPhone. This is frustrating and Apple is no help And I really need to get this resolved as I depend on my iphone to earn money so I can eat and stay alive. :(

The radio is playing patriotic songs all day today, and they're playing "Born in the USA". . .they really should look at the lyrics, that song is extremely anti-patriotic. But hey, the loudest part sounds patriotic, lol.

Feeling frustrated with a co-worker and the supervisor feels the same way :frustrated: The person has been here a little less than a year and has some previous experience and a college degree in the field. And yet for some reason isn't able to meet the job expectations :dunno: Multiple issues have been brought up to the supervisor and management attention by pretty much everyone. The person has been talked to multiple times by the supervisor and management. And the issues just continue :cringe: I keep sending emails with pictures to the supervisor on weekends to let her know of all the issues. This past weekend was particularly bad :cringe::cringe:. Whoever is working the weekend should not have to do extra work that should have been taken care before the weekend. We had a meeting on Wednesday and were told about general issues that should not be occurring, expectations for everyone, and not leaving extra work for others to do especially on weekends. What did I find the very next day when I had to cover this person's area? Multiple issues :gaah: Another email with pictures was sent to the supervisor. I followed up with a meeting later in the morning. Supervisor wants the person to succeed but is at a loss as how to do that when the person has been talked to multiple times about the recurring issues and nothing sticks for some reason :dunno: Besides the issues I keep finding, there are other work issues the supervisor told me about such as not entering data by the end of the month for billing purposes and not being able to finish a certain task in a day when it takes anyone else an hour to do. I still can't wrap my head around the fact that this person has one assigned area and can't manage it at all. I think at this point the issues are going to get escalated up to management and beyond to address. I really hate to constantly pick on this person but the recurring issues are not acceptable.

I'm back. I went on a cleaning/organizing binge, and after the pantry was done, did ALL of the closets! I am amazed at what I had accumulated. Took out bags and bags of junk. Donated several boxes. OH...the pantry? When I was clearing out everything I found a bottle of BROWN ketchup way in back on a bottom shelf that expired in 2015!!! SO...major sorting/reading expiry dates/organizing so that new items are in back, older stuff still in date all in front. But it's done.
