Have you checked the different organizations in your area to see what kind of options are out there? It doesn't sound like this is working well for either you or your cats.
I totally agree. She cannot continue living like this. Her mental health is severely at risk and the physical wellbeing of her and her other 2 cats. This has been going on for long enough and I truly believe that this cat is not fixable.
I have fostered MANY cats and kittens in my life, from domesticated to feral and I have NEVER seen nor heard of a cat this bad. The closest I have ever encountered to this was when I adopted a 3 year old Persian. She was EXTREMELY anti-social with other cats, and even kittens! I took her to the vet, where she was put on an anti-depressant, and you wouldn't even know that she was the same cat. Afterwards, she would even allow still nursing kittens to try to nurse from her (I kid you not)! I will look in my paperwork to try to find out what medication it was but for some reason I think it may have already been suggested in this thread.

In any event, I truly believe its time for Catluvs to contact an organization that will take Cc off her hands.
She has done everything she humanly possibly can to help/fix this very angry cat, and I truly believe that Cc is not fixable.

Oh Sweetie, I am so very sorry for everything you are going through. I have been reading this entire thread and let me tell you - you have the patience of Job!
I am a HUGE cat lover (the "crazy cat lady" with 8 cats in my house now), and I have been this way my entire life, with MANY cats through my entire life.
I would have done everything that you have already done, which has been suggested, however, I have been putting myself in your shoes, and although I won't have many fans over this comment/reply, maybe you really need to think about yourself, your other 2 furbabies, and the health, wellness and sanity of all involved, and just come to the realization that Cc is obviously not a happy cat and with everything you have done over these several months, she is a cat that cannot be fixed.
If I were you, I would tell myself that I did literally everything humanly possible to help her, however, I simply cannot condone a family member, whether a 2-lefged or a 4-legged one from literally attacking me out of nowhere.
If you were to "throw in the towel" and just realize that you did everything you could to help Cc, I most certainly wouldn't blame you whatsoever.
To be completely honest, you have more patience than I because there is no way I could have gone as long as you have, being petrified in your own home!
I 100% commend you on everything you have done to bring peace into your home by following everyone's suggestions, but honestly, when is enough ENOUGH?
If in your shoes, I would try to rehome Cc to a home where she is the only pet, obviously with full disclosure of Cc's behaviour. There are lot of people that bring "problem-cats" into their home, but if you can't find anyone, then maybe it is best to just surrender her to a shelter, and let them decide on what to do with her.

I am so very sorry for the situation you are in, and are living in, but Hun, your sanity is worth WAY more than this! You are literally scared to death of this cat that literally attacks you even after you seclude yourself in your room! Nobody deserves to go through that.

Lastly, there is only so much one person can take and you are literally taking on something that a team of 20 can't even fix or control. Don't think that you are a failure or that you are giving up too soon, because you have gone above and beyond what most people would have. I am not a quitter either but seriously, how much more of this can you take? You are literally locking yourself in your room, crying because of how scared you are of this broken cat! Remember...You are NOT a failure. You HAVE done everything humanly possible for this kitty but in my opinion, there really is no hope for her living a HAPPY life there (your home).

I am wishing you all the very best, and I pray that everything works out for you.
Sending lots of hugs and love.
Thank you. It’s been extremely hard. Right now she’s doing fine in her room and I try not to think too hard about it all, other than doing what’s needed. I’ve been researching how to build cat condos and how to convert small buildings (the ones with windows/porches) into a liveable space, and how I’d screen in a section of that porch and could be somewhat indoor/outdoor so she can have her own house, basically. I really, really hope I’m able to do this and all goes well until I’m able to move into a place I own. Thank you for your empathy, I greatly appreciate it. I too have loved cats my whole life and have never met one like her. It’s crazy to think that there are people out there living with 8+ cats all together in the same space just fine! I can’t imagine it, because my experience with just these three has been the absolute opposite of peaceful, to say the least. Fingers crossed for the future

This is excellent.
I'm very glad to hear this, and for some perspective from the other side of things, there are people who have had to section their houses into one or two cats upstairs always and never ever downstairs, and the other one or two cats downstairs and never ever being allowed upstairs, the point being not the amount/quantity of space but the fact that sometimes cats require extra special accommodations.

Yes, there were 10 in our indoor family at one point, and they all lived together harmoniously, for the most part. Having a largish house with quite a few rooms, and quite a lot of vertically accessible cat furniture, helped a lot. And our barn compound housed 12 -- two 12x12 barn stalls and a large cat-fenced outdoor corral compound was their world, and it wasn't huge, but we had planned to expand it before my ex decided to dump us all. Again, vertically accessible cat furniture and perches helped a lot, and these cats were almost all biologically related and/or lived together in our former neighborhood, so they got along well together.
There are quite a few kits you can purchase online, or if you're handy, you can draw up a plan and purchase lumber, paint, screening/wiring, and door at any home store.
My *Prayers* and best, best thoughts continue for you and CC.

That’s partly why I’m always so shocked when I think about it, because they’ve never known life without each other, they’re littermates. Yet all this happened and I can’t help but feel like I went wrong somewhere, somehow. When I decided to keep them I made a vow to myself to do everything right and to treat them better than abolsute gold, which I think I have, yet I feel like I made some wrong turns somewhere; coddling them too much? Sheltering them too much from anything that could have made them scared/uncomfortable when they were kittens? Not having many people ever over at my house so they’ve mostly been around just me? Being too quiet in my house? Maybe it’s the atomosphere I myself bring since I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression, and while I don’t outwardly show it, maybe something in my energy has made my home a negative place to live, and maybe they would have been happier if not with me. I don’t know, but all I can do now is plan for the future and take it a bit at a time. Thanks guys

You must not blame yourself for this. You have done nothing but love and care for her. This is not a case of abuse, neglect, or anything else. You have an ill kitty.

Sometimes cats, like people, can have things wrong in their brains. I've known of another cat who exhibited very similar traits to CC. He was much loved by his family. We just have to deal with these things with love and patience, which you are doing. It is out of our control and not of our doing.

Sorry I'm late to this discussion. My sympathies are with the 0P. I am surprised reading through all of these pages of this thread that I haven't seen anyone recommend the calming collar. I volunteer at a shelter and we have had some insane vicious cats come in. Even the shelter never thought to try this. I had a female cat who was absolutely psycho and the collar changed her from day tonight. They're inexpensive to buy and it's hit or miss. With my female cat it transformed her with my male cat when I had him in the car, it did not help him. It is worth a try for a $10 pheromone collar. We had one psycho cat in the shelter that the staff were ready to declare unadoptable because she attacked everyone and no one could get near her to even test her or give her meds. I insisted we at least try the collar (against the staff's wishes) and they could not believe the change in her. Within an hour she was calm. The SAME day, she was adopted. It would NOT hurt to try. You can use gardening gloves to get the collar on. Good luck

AMAZING "tails", L Luls77 -- I've never had or used one of these. Is there a brand you recommend, and where can it be bought?

There are a bunch of brands-- they all use the same ingredient. If you shop on amazon and search "calming collars for cats" you will get a whole selection. I pray this will work like it did in my Molly. It was literally a miracle!

I should add I find these way more effective than the diffusers because those are too scattered-- where as having the collar directly affects the cat with the issues.

I know that. I just wondered if you preferred any brand.

Usually buy Sentry. It's messy and flakes off white, but so do most brands and I'm used to it.

Really. So many casualties from their products! Possibly not this particular one. Thanks for the reply, though.
Interesting...I don't think I use their brand for any other thing. If you don't like that brand, the calming collars do all seem the same, as I've purchased other brands too.

Thanks for the information. I'm not in need of one myself, but just wanted to share the information, in the interest of concern for feline health.
