Where is everybody?
Here I am!

:wave3:

I have been exercising, but I've been busy at work all week too so I haven't posted in this thread.

90 minutes of yoga and a 90 minute walk on Monday, an hour of yoga and an hour walk on Tuesday. Yesterday I only had time for 30 minutes of yoga, but I think I'll do better today.

It's lovely and warm here too. May is the nicest month in Japan.

It's really time to pack away my winter clothes and get my summer clothes out, but I'd much rather be outside.

Another hour of Ashtanga yoga today. (Yes, two days in a row! Sorry muscles, I'm sure it must be doing some good though)

I spent a lot of time pottering about in the garden. I have an idea for another outdoor cat tree. I got all the wood sawed to the right length, but need to paint it and then buy some screws so I can put it together.

About 30 minutes walk, just before the sun went down.

Might get a walk in today. It's not windy. However, in the hour since I got up, it's clouded over. :sigh:
Hopefully the sun is just taking a nap, as per the weather network, it's supposed to be sunny and warm today. :sunshine:

It's raining over here in NY. I try not to complain about the rain, because we need it for the well. But I want to take my walk! Do you guys ever take a walk in the rain? I guess I could try using my dad's rain boots and an umbrella? They are kinda big on me. He told me to just wear sandals. But I don't want to catch cold. I walk for 2 hours.

Yes, all the time. Walking in the rain is more comfortable than walking in the blazing hot sun. You need a decent pair of boots though.

I've been doing a lot of Ashtanga yoga recently. Today was the fifth day in a row, I think I'm getting a little stronger already. I walked for 90 minutes today too.

I mowed the lawn last night. Can I count that as exercise? :)
Of course, anything that gets you moving. How long did it take? My dad made me a Merle Haggard playlist for my walks this week. I can't wait to see what songs I discover. He makes the best playlists with enough songs for a week!

Mowing definitely counts as exercise. If it isn’t self propelled you are working your arms and legs. If it’s self propelled you are usually doing a fast walk and your arms get exercise controlling the mower. My yard takes an hour using a self propelled, and I am tired afterwards.

An hour of yoga on Tuesday and Wednesday. Yesterday I finally got around to packing away my winter clothes and got my summer clothes out. Threw away two big bags of old clothes, did a huge load of laundry and found a pair of khaki summer trousers for less than $10. And they fit perfectly!

Yesterday was a good day.

Yesterday I went for my longest walk yet this year. Not sure exactly how long, as my phone didn't do the time right, but it was probably somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes!
