A while ago I was perusing recipes on Youtube. I encountered something I had never heard of before: Tartiflette. I had to make this to test it and see if it was fit for guests. Although it asks for Reblochon cheese (stinky French cheese), I made it with Brie. It really is wondrously cheesy and fabulous to eat, but I can see the benefit of 'stinky' cheese.
