A while ago I was perusing recipes on Youtube. I encountered something I had never heard of before: Tartiflette. I had to make this to test it and see if it was fit for guests. Although it asks for Reblochon cheese (stinky French cheese), I made it with Brie. It really is wondrously cheesy and fabulous to eat, but I can see the benefit of 'stinky' cheese. I will seek out Reblochon and make this again. If you think a potato, onion, bacon and cheese casserole is something with which you might be interested, check out this video.

I had some Gouda made with goat milk recently. So good :yummy: Honey Bee Gouda made with goat milk and honey is also a really good one. I like to browse the huge cheese counter at the specialty grocery store. No free samples to try these days but they do have small snack sized wrapped cheeses for sale so I like to go through the basket and see what's new and interesting to try.
