I'm thinking pizza tonight. I can make the dough this morning, doesn't take long, we'll do the pizza in a cast iron pan (as per King Arthur). Nothing fancy on the pizza, I'm thinking of a hoagie pizza with shredded lettuce, chunks of tomato, some peppers, and mozz.
That sounds really good!!

Lunch will be a big cheeseburger from Valley Cafe and fries
and that will be dinner as well, plus will still have part of it tomorrow, they make huge CBs
Haagen-Dazs Strawberry ice cream later on

I decided to try and make a "breakfast" poutine.
It's nice to see that somebody else knows what cheese curd is!

Just a quick pasta meal for me, too.
Sounds like it's pasta night for everybody! I had Fettuccini with tomato sauce, mushrooms, red bell peppers, onions, tons of shredded cheese, and tried a new hot sauce.
For lunch I had veggie sandwich on toasted Aldi sourdough bread- Tomato, Onion, Lettuce, Pecans, Swiss Cheese. I finished up my red french dressing instead of mayo.

My focus is all on tomorrow's dinner party and besides, Himself wasn't very hungry. So I took shrimp from the freezer, thawed them, dusted with flour, then beaten egg with a little half-and-half, dredged with bread crumbs and fried golden brown in shallow oil. Mixed ketchup and horseradish to accompany them. And microwaved a package of sugar snap peas. I baked this afternoon so Himself had a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. I had a very ripe Bartlett pear.

Our pizza was good last night. We first heard of a hoagie pizza at a local pizzeria. I decided, "Well, dang, I can make this!" and it's become a staple. Yum. It's really good grilled, but it was raining yesterday.

Meatloaf here tonight. With a baked potato for Rick and I to share. And a simple salad.

Winchester Winchester Pam meatloaf sounds really good!
susanm9006 susanm9006 Susan, that sounds so good. Kind of like tuna casserole.

I still have half of the cheeseburger so I'll end up eating that, then maybe hot dogs or a Stouffer's
mac and cheese frozen dinner. Speaking of hot dogs Mamanyt1953 Mamanyt1953 must still be having computer
probs. Miss her.

Frozen pizza. I bought two brands today, Stouffers French Bread which was on sale and Screaming Sicilian which I've never had before but decided to try. I have spiral french fries to go in the oven with the pizza.

I have seen the Screaming Sicilian pizza in the store. I have been tempted to try it but hadn't. Right now I am back to getting used to thin crust pizza.

That sounds interesting. I'll have to see if they have a vegetarian version.

For lunch I had two Vanilla Lattes. Not the most nutritious lunch, but they did have milk in them.
For dinner we finally finished up the Veggie Fettuccini Alfredo. Two packages of pasta made way too much, took 6 days to finish it!
