Good Morning and Happy Sunday

It's been so hot and I've been drinking a lot to keep hydrated.

I love hot tea, iced tea with lemon and mint, lemonade, Coke,
hot cocoa, sparkling water, limeade.

What do you like to drink?

Always coffee, that never changes seasonally! Ice tea and water during my frequent breaks in this 100 degree heat wave. I love an ice cold beer in the evenings on the porch with my husband, Busch NA of course, non alcoholic. There is nothing better on a hot summer night after an even hotter working day!

Can you tell a difference in taste with the NA beer?

I'm like Di, coffee is year round as is tea. I drink iced of both even in winter as my daily beverages. Iced coffee in mornings, iced tea in the day and evening. Weekends I usually have hot coffee in the morning mainly because my husband prefers it. Unsweetened for both. Milk of any kind in the coffee, lemon (and mint is good if available) in the tea - but I can do that plain also, I'm not fussy on that one.

Lately, we've been doing Cuban style. We went to Key West in February and got hooked on it. Since it's only the 2 of us, we really don't need a pot of coffee and the Moka pot makes the perfect serving for two and is no trouble at all - just a bit of watching over it so you don't *burn* it. For those not familiar - it's kind of like espresso, very strong and concentrated and there's many ways of serving it - we like it with a lot of hot milk similar to a latte. Cuban is the only time I will use sweeteners - it needs it. A teaspoon of Demora sugar (similar to brown sugar but larger crystals and deeper flavor) does the trick.

I'm not able to drink anything alcoholic or even soda now due to a medication I'm on (soda because it makes it taste like metal, a weird side effect) but neither was ever part of my routine anyway although I'm with Di on this too, I do kind of miss being able to have a really good ice cold beer now and then but non-alcoholic doesn't do it for me on those flavor-wise, cause I'd want the slight buzz it would bring

A forum member here told me about Great Value Purified Drinking Water and I have been drinking that ever since. It tastes so much better than bottled spring water like Poland Spring. I didn't even know that there were different types of bottled water.

We haev tried every non-alcoholic beer tehre is, even premium ones. Busch NA (at Walmart too) is the ONLY one that passes our taste test, (O'Doul's really sucks)the ONLY one that tastes like true beer! Try it!

I'm a Diet Pepsi drinker, with caffeine. I know, I know--it's bad for you, but it's my only vice. I eat healthy food most of the time, and I'm also a diabetic, so any bevvies must be sugar-free. I use the caffeine to wake me up; I call Pepsi "my coffee". And, seriously, cola goes best with some foods, like burgers.

My normal drink all day is strong, home-brewed iced tea, no sweetener, over ice. I then switch to Red Zinger iced tea, which is simply 2 tea bags tossed into a glass of ice water, then left to steep for a few minutes.

I sometimes drink Crystal Light lemonade. Before I became diabetic, my main drink was sweetened lemonade, and I miss that the most of of any food or drink I can no longer have.

I sometimes drink hot tea. I only drink 1-2 cups of coffee a year, usually hazelnut, as a treat. I've never been a coffee drinker, but I LOVE the smell of it brewing. Someone in my office has a coffee maker, and I look forward to when she arrives, as I know that delicious smell is coming soon!

I drink coffee in the morning, and tea (different kinds) and water for the rest of the day. I love pop (many different flavors), but I limit that of course. I'm not one for alcoholic beverages but once in a while I'll have a drink. I like Cesars (similar to a Bloody Mary), and various "mixes", but prefer rye or rum in my mixed drinks. I also love cream liqueurs like Baileys and Tequila Rose and creamy drinks like Mudshakes. I don't really have a favorite any type of beverage, it's whatever I'm craving at the time.
I'm not one for drinking juice though.

Coffee in the mornings, ice water, iced sweet tea all year, homemade lemonade sometimes in summer - but I can't drink to much since it gives me heartburn. Not a huge fan of soda but once in a while a regular coca cola is good if really cold. No alcohol - hate it!

I do not drink coffee or tea. I drink milk (occasionally orange juice) with breakfast. I drink non-caffeinated diet soda with lunch. At dinner I drink either non-caffeinated diet soda or grape juice. Gatorade is my one and only drink if I am working up a sweat.

I did a bunch of work outside yesterday (temp was in low 90's) and drank 3 20 oz bottles of Gatorade. Dr. Robert Cade knew what he was doing when he created Gatorade for the University of Florida Gators back in 1965.

My coffee in the morning and then iced water throughout the day during the week. On weekends, I'll drink one high-octane Pepsi each day, but then go back to water come Monday. When we go out to dinner, I'll grab one margarita. I do like a Smirnoff Ice from time to time. I don't like the taste of beer much at all, nor do I like most mixed drinks. My niece makes a great margarita, so when she's around and we go over for dinner, she'll make me one....or three.

Rick and I drink sweet tea, mint during the summer, regular during the colder months when I can't get fresh mint from the garden. I also make fresh lemonade and fresh orange-lemonade during the summer.

I drink one or two cups of hot coffee in the morning when I first wake up, then the rest of the day I drink water and I have either a Dr Pepper or Mountain Dew with dinner.

I drink diet coke, bottled water and ice tea all year round. I don't go out in the heat so I don't worry about being staying hydrated. Who makes Value Purified Drinking Water?
