Superb late breakfast...home fries, covered w. scrambled eggs, smothered in shredded cheddar! Recently, had 2 wrist surgeries and have intermittent pain, so I am forced to make a decent meal, before I can take ecxecdrin.

Happy 4th! Had cottage cheese with pineapple tidbits; followed by Blue Bunny Caramel ice cream. Looking forward to egg salad, with onion bits on tostini for lunch.

Had superb lunch...followed by Blue Bell strawberry ice cream...melted in microwave, to make milkshake.

Really full now...had simply potatoes hash browns, scrambled eggs, with 2 dollops sour cream.

Brunch, omelet, home fries and 2 pancakes. Ate out, and have some potatoes and omelet for tomorrow b.fast.

Just now, about 20 ripe red cherries, which I got at aldi, for 1.49 a pound...so I bought 3 lbs.

Bacon, eggs over easy, toast

Hope the bacon was so crisp, it stood up on plate. Had afternoon snack, about a cup of blue bunny caramel ice cream and couple hershey kisses. Dinner will probably be an atkins chocolate peanut butter bar...their taste has improved from years ago (almost like oversized reese cup).

Five slices of fresh mozzarella and 6 cherry tomatoes...with dash of salt.

Broiled salmon, about 8 oz, with smattering of lemon juice, and huge dollop of raspberry preserves. Dessert will be several hershey kisses.

A roll with a bit of cheese.

Huge cup of strong coffee, and 12 saltines with p-nut butter and strawberry jam. Need some energy for errands.

Home made egg salad, made with dukes mayo, celery, onions. Handful of saltines. Followed by blue bunny salted caramel ice cream. Must hit the gym tomorrow for sure...

Have you ever tried H. K. Anderson peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets? They come from PA and they are hard to find around here but they sure are good.
