Water mostly. Room temp---cold hurts my teeth---and from the RO water dispenser at the grocery store. The tap water here tastes weird and regular filters like Britta dont help the taste.

I have either coffee or an energy shot (like 5-hour Energy but store brand) every morning. The energy shots taste terrible but some days I don't feel like making coffee and at least they go down quickly.

I do like grapefruit La Croix and Bai coconut drinks. And homemade sweet iced tea, made outside as sun tea in the summer. Although I haven't made any in the past few months. Well, it was a weird season; on the news they said it rained 43% of the days this summer! So I guess there weren't many good days to make sun tea and that's probably why I didn't think of it at the time.

Other than that there aren't a lot of flavored drinks I like.

Many people have said they would not recognize me if I didn't have coffee in one of my hands. So....COFFEE. Hot or Cold Brewed (I make my own). Acai-blueberry pomegranate Zero Water and chai tea every now and then.

95% Water~~ room temp. Sometimes cold when it is really hot out, or I am hot

Hot coffee with almond milk or
hot Green Tea, Tazo, for breakfast

Hot Chai, in cold weather

Hot Tea with almond milk and a bit of honey, when I am cold

Decaf green tea during the day, when cold, in the winter.

But 95% water. I always carry a water bottle with me. I use Poland Spring or Brita filtered tap water.

Poland Spring
I used to drink Poland Spring, but then somebody here suggested Great Value Purified Drinking Water. I seem to like that a little bit better. I'm not sure which is healthier or if there is even any difference.

Water is water; one kind isn't healthier than another kind. Unless it's contaminated, the only thing that matters to the person drinking it is the taste.

When it comes to bottled water I like Sam's Choice best (both that and Great Value are Walmart store brands. I'm not really sure why there are 2 different store brands, but I do prefer Sam's Choice). But I really prefer to use the RO machine using refillable jugs so as not to produce too many empty plastic bottles.
I tried a Grapefruit flavored one from the Aldi's brand. It's not nearly as good as the La Croix ones I've tried!
Yeah, I've tried a bunch of other brands and they just aren't as good. I suppose La Croix has been in the business for longer and they know what they're doing by now.

Coffee in the morning....hot and black
The rest of the day I drink water; on the weekends I'll have one Pepsi
When I have a bad migraine, then it's Coke with lots of chipped ice

In the summer, we drink a lot of mint iced tea
