Looks like you have a shrine for them! We keep our place temperature controlled so they don't get too much colder than the norm.

Hahaha! My family think I'm a crazy cat lady so every birthday and Christmas I get at least one cat statue
.Not sure what could've given them that idea
. I live in the UK where air conditioning is pretty rare and my house is around 100 years old so drafty and very variable in temperature!

Mine just kind of pile up here and there. The tableau changes throughout the day, but they never seem to be shivering. They like it between 76º and 78º so it's always in that range anyway.

Lilith and Sophie are south Florida natives. They have never experienced cold and I think they'd hate it. After all, they are momma's girls
The house is pretty much the same temperature 365 days a year. They do like to snuggle on the many fleece blankies I have around the house but I think it's more because they are soft than anything else. Sophie likes the blankie that DD left in her room. I guess it reminds her of her pal.

Sweet Reese isn't taking to the cold very well at all. I can't blame her, this is her first winter. She might also be feeding on my pity and getting spoiled for it...
so far she's loved being bundled up in a sock outfit:
being given a heated blanket:
snuggling with her best friend:
and smothering me for my warm breath.

Well, I have been telling my little ones that there are other cats whose houses are never cold and they are shocked I have not sorted this out for their home yet!
See how much they suffer - having to huddle under the covers in bed to keep from getting hypothermia!

Mine must be mistreated! I never have the thermostat higher than 65 in the winter. I keep it at 60 at night. I know they sure love to snuggle when we go to bed.
Speaking of the season, I’m in the process putting together some shelter for my stray/feral crew.

It doesn’t get too cold here in Los Angeles, but for us when it’s on the low 60’s we are cold.
Speedy loves to snuggle under blankets when the temperature drops.

They grow a thicker coat.
Strangely they dont lie in front of the fireplace, heat registers, snuggle under blankets or take other steps to keep warm...and im in Canada.

Built for the Canadian winter.
Manny doesn't do any of that either. When the AC is on he'll stick his face in the register and let it blow on him. I'm cold natured so I keep it warm in the winter and the summer. I have him shaved in the summer but this pic is pretty much him year round!
