Oh man I haven't had enchilada's in over 10 years!!!tonight i'll heat up a serving of turkey enchilada...lasagna. last time i made enchiladas, i decided to make it 'lasagna style', and then slice it like i would a beef lasagna -- that worked out really well!
i'll have sliced tomato with blue cheese salad dressing, and some apple crisp -- later in the evening.
Those sound so good now. Enjoy them!
