I'm sorry. I don't mean to and I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm bragging. I'm not; it's just the way it is around here. It's simply that I don't have a lot of time during the week to do much for meals, but yet I want healthy stuff. Rick uses the applesauce and peaches that we do in the summer and fall in his lunches and I can use them to bake with. He'd rather eat home stuff than the store-bought stuff. It's a lot of work at the time, but I love going down to the basement in January, picking up a quart of "our" peaches and making cobbler. I hope that makes sense.

As a fellow vegetarian I am also one of the World's Worst cooks. That's funny. All the vegetarian's I know are good cooks.
