Oh man looks like the puppers and kitties are having scratch 'n' dent tonight =/
Cats are getting a mixture of chicken grinds, ground lamb organs and a bit of leftover bison. Dogs are getting the same except for the dog that dislikes lamb, he'll get the majority of the bison.
Everything ground because I suck and forgot to thaw chunks. Sorry guys.
Last night was comical, our littlest dog plowed through a small chunk of tripe like he was Mr. Big Shot AFTER eating because it was going to go off in the next day or so, and he was the only guy that I felt would actually chew it. (His dental health sucked a few months ago but with this and other measures, they're getting much better.)

The cats are cool with grinds but the dogs are like "that went fast. Where's the REAL food?" Bah. I must remember to think ahead.

OK so I'm a stir fry nut and every night is a good night for stir fry (or rib eye, LOL). The cake sounds fantastic!!!

Rick said he didn't want to deal with a fire last night, so we went out to a local steakhouse (not a chain restaurant, but a local place) for ribeyes. Excellent steaks!

I took chicken thighs out of the freezer last night to grill tonight.

I had a couple chicken breast filets after cubing a package for cat/dog food.

I'm going to give this recipe a try this evening:
One Skillet Chicken with Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce Recipe | Little Spice Jar

Some reviews suggested making double the amount of sauce and one dredged their breast filets in seasoned flour. I'll do both of those.

That'll go over pre-cooked linguini I have defrosting. I also just steamed some fresh green beans, which I'll reheat in the extra sauce, and maybe do garlic toast.

My lemon-garlic-cream sauce turned out well for the chicken breast, green beans and pasta, but I tweaked it so much that it bears little resemblance to the recipe I posted. That recipe will be excellent sometime if I want just chicken, but I wanted a lot of extra sauce for leftover pasta.

Tweak. Tweak. Lemon-Garlic-Cream Chicken andPasta.

I will make zucchini pasta with my new spiralizer today and have it with marinara sauce and romano cheese. The marinara sauce is from the local farmstand store and very delicious! I have a leftover pork chop I will enjoy for lunch tomorrow with the leftover zucchini pasta.:daisy: It's always nice when I take leftovers for work, otherwise, I'm always having crackers and cheese for lunch (although I love these, also)!

LOL. Yeah, beans'll do that if you're not used to eating them a lot. But after a while your gut bacteria will adjust, and then when you eat them, things will be less, uhm, odorous. ;)

Taco Bell is giving away one free taco today if you go between 2pm-6pm.
Everyone in America Gets Free Taco Bell Today, Thanks to Basketball

I have to buy "real food" after work, so I probably won't make Taco Bell for a free junk food dinner.

If no taco, I have leftover mashed sweet potatoes, picking up cabbage today, and have ground beef thawing to make a patty.

...or...I could buy groceries tomorrow and just get the taco! :devilish:
