Right now I am eating celery and cream cheese. My neighbor took me to Mom's an organic store near here. We are not lucky enough to have a Trader Joe's or a Wegman's. Their vegetables are really good. I have not had cream cheese with celery since I was a kid and it sure was good.

two pieces of toast with margarine and some homemade sweet pepper jam (was gifted to me by an acquaintance), and some slightly sweetened cold tea.
A co-worker used to make that jam every Christmas and sell it. We used to put it on Wheat Thins with cream cheese. It was very good.
I just had a piece of chocolate brownie with salted caramel (it's a Ghirardelli mix that was on sale). I like my chocolate brownies underdone, so they're still just a tiny bit gooey. Excellent with my morning coffee!

yes, sweet pepper jam is really very good!
i'd made a batch of it a few years ago, but it wasn't a particular favorite of mine. however, the sweet pepper jam i was gifted, it had been simmered for 9 hours. it has a...smooth, and really good flavor to it.
i had a peanut butter and sweet bread & butter pickle sandwich -- my breakfast.
several spoonfuls of Very Vanilla flavored frozen yogurt!
a bowl of spoon size shredded wheat cereal, with a little sugar and milk -- my breakfast! 
For breakfast I had a Thomas English muffin, with Smuckers blackberry jam, and vegan butter spread and a diet coke.
Warm brisket sandwich on a buttery-toasted honey wheat bun.
Breakfast of brisket on split dinner rolls, smothered in country gravy.

I had taco casserole for dinner last night.

A bowl of fresh, sliced strawberries with no sugar. Just the berries. Yum.
