Norachan Norachan love it! wow you guys move right along!! Thanks for sharing! I still got to get a camera for my helmet..

jtbo jtbo hey what was that camera that you liked? I know you posted it ways back...which is the one you use?
Eken H9, but make sure you have Class 10 UHS II memory card, Class 10 UHS I might work if it is really really fast, but not with slow UHS I card. My card is slower and I can't use best image quality because of that.

Also USB Battery bank is very handy as one can run camera then lot longer than 40 minutes.

Video takes a LOT of space too, so computer needs huge amounts of space, 1TB will be full in no time.

Thursday -

3.25 miles on the treadmill
12/12 hours with 300+ steps per hour
Some walking around the house while doing chores
17,566 steps for the day - 9.15 miles

I'm having some issues with that piriformis muscle again, so I'm not walking today or over the weekend. I started doing those exercises for that muscle (like I had to do last year at PT). Hopefully that will help. It's painful when I first get up to walk, but after I've moved around a bit, it's not bad. Still, I'm not going to overdo anything right now.

I was fine yesterday morning. I had a dr appt in the morning and he started poking and prodding. About an hour later, I was walking around at work and noticed that my butt was hurting.

About the time, I get started and doing really well, something always happens. :sigh:

Thanks foxxycat foxxycat We don't go at that speed all the way around, but we like to get a couple of good canters in.

;)

Winchester Winchester I hope your exercises give you some relief. A low lunge position usually hits that spot. You need to hold it for at least ten deep, slow breaths. I think that's a common trouble spot for people who walk a lot.

Just finished 45 minutes yoga, going for a walk now.

Today's exercise consisted of digging up and moving several perennials from one garden in my backyard to another. So some walking, some bending, some lifting, etc.

Wheeeeeeee! That looks like fun jtbo jtbo Glad to see the snow has finally all gone.
I did saw meltwater yesterday's ride though, but could not spot snow where it was coming from, place was dense forest with a cliff so that there was shadow.

We do have mosquitoes now though!

Pics from yesterday's ride (you need to click bigger to see trail in another one properly):

That trail needs a pony!

It's been a hectic week, can't believe it's almost over already. Sunday I did an hour of yoga and an hour walk, Monday 90 minutes of yoga. Took the day off on Tuesday as I was so busy, just spent the whole day rushing around from one job to the next.

Wednesday was one hour of slow flow yoga, working on my arms, and Thursday one hour working on my legs and core.

Today I did 90 minutes of yoga and a 90 minute walk.

So tired now.

Woke up this morning when my hubby said "mumble mumble mumble almost 10:00 mumble mumble..."
First I thought, "huh, we really slept in"
Then I thought, "10:00! oh crap! I have a weight training session at 10:00!" and it takes me 20 minutes to get there...
Thankfully, my trainer was flexible and able to get me in later. But he made me pay for it! (ow, my calves). lol
Hoping to get another hike in before the end of the month... maybe Monday or Tuesday (to work off the memorial weekend meals).

I got in my long ride Friday. Was gone for 90 minutes. 18 miles round trip. At the hour point I have to get off the bike from butt pain. It was a lovely ride sniffing lilacs and it was like riding through a garden of lilacs with the way they smell!

Saw this unusual color lilac so of course had to take a picture of it.

It's a deep dark red purple.
Then this tree that thought was cool looking

That's a pretty lilac foxxycat foxxycat I saw what I thought was white lilac the other day, but when I went over for a sniff there was no smell at all. Must have been something else.

I didn't do any yoga yesterday but I did two 1 hour walks. Today was 30 minutes yoga and a 90 minute walk.

I went to ride last night as neighbor was behaving unsocial again with yelling and loud music.

What amazed me, was that there was still ice on top of ditch in shadowy place and also there were huge piles of snow at one yard.

We have had temps near or at 80F for quite some time already, which is horribly hot for us.

I want to go for that route some other day with a camera with me.

I've been doing a lot of long walks this week. The weather is perfect now, but I know monsoon season is coming so I have to make the must of the sunshine.

Lots of yoga too. I went to the beach today and did some outdoor yoga. Lovely salty sea air and a nice breeze, must have done wonders for my deep breathing exercises.

I did run into two moose.

There is a proof, action camera has quite large field of view, so it barely shows up, but in person it was a lot bigger:

I did ride almost 50km in a forest when I went camping, had a tent and all.

Norachan Norachan , you have to be careful that wind does not blow you off!!!

A moose! I hear they can be quite aggressive, were you OK jtbo jtbo ?

Had to work all day today, but I spent my lunch break digging up the old tulip bulbs from my front garden, then did 45 minutes yoga later on.
