Hi guys! I'm very new to the site, just started today. My husband and I have a 6 year old kitty name Fozzy who we think is a Snowshoe/Ragdoll mix but we have no way of knowing because we found him outside as a kitten. No mama around or owner to claim him so we took him home. Every since we've always wondered what his mix is. He has the traits of a Snowshoe like the white paws, dark tail, ears, and back, as well as that distinct nose marking but he has very long fluffy, easily matted, fur like Ragdolls do. Can you guys validate this or what do you think he looks like? Any insight is much appreciated! :)

I would go with a Ragdoll lookalike- Ragdolls so come in that bicolor pointed pattern we see in Snowshoes. Fozzy is an absolutely adorable kitty!

Yes, I agree. I was thinking to seek a refuge haven among the Neva Masquerade, "but why go over the creek after the water" if we do have a perfectly satisactory candidate in Ragdoll bicolor whom are even fairly common.
What exactly he is, we cant know for sure, most probably a nice combination of domestic genes, but he is a good look alike of ragdoll bicolor...

I figured he must be a good mix of something, I've just been curious. Thanks for the reply! :)
