she still looks a little big around the tummy, but it does seem lower, she is not following me everywhere anymore, she got out on the 2nd/3rd march, went missing for three days then came back but didnt come off heat for another four days so around the 10th march? does this help

i think it may have just been her mucus plug it is clear and has dried i tried to remove it as she is so fat she is struggling to reach her area to clean it, but she would not let me. she is sleeping, she ate a few nibbles of biscuits.

It is pretty normal behavior for toms to try to mate with other cats, whether or not they are pregnant or in heat. It would be best to keep the two of them separated. Are you planning to neuter/spay after this litter?

Please separate your cats! Pregnant cats should not be mating.

i wanted to get them all done, i found them born in my garden and asked my husband if i could keep them, but warned him of the costs, he said yes i could keep them and we would have them all done, he then ran into car troubles and we could not afford it as the rip off vet, wanted 750 euro, by the way im an english expat in spain, so my husband would not pay for it, so if i had known no i would not have rescued them, i would just have left them in my garden to die or get hit by cars like most of the other cats round here, (no of course i would not have thats for anyone that wants to have a moan about my situation) because we have two girls and one boy,and both girls are pregnant now thanks to my tight asshole husband, i feel bad for them as i rescued them for what? also they are brothers and sisters and do not know which cat mine mated with i think it was another male as he was here crying for three days ( i assume for her) then she ran off for three days, so i really dont know, i try to keep them separate but she keeps running outside which is when i caught him trying to mate her, i then chased her around the garden putt her inside only to have to do it all again, he is now outside which i am not happy about as he keeps fighting with said cat (3 day crier), so to answer the question yes i do plan and have always planned on getting them done but my husband is a complete wank stain and now this is the situation i am left in, so what do i do?

Are there cat rescues or shelters in your area that might have you foster, but they will cover vet costs and find homes for the kittens?

Or clinics that offer low-cost spay and neuter services?

Also, can you keep the female cats completely inside?

You’re to be commended for trying to help these kitties! :)

thank you, but i had trouble finding a cattery over here when i went away last, im an expat in spain, so my Spanish is not that great yet, but i have been looking for a vet, but they see we are english and put theee prices up, i do not think half of these vets are good vets because they would do it cheaper, i will keep looking. she still has not had the baby's yet, girls are inside, i am keeping them in as much as i can,

It may be so, many high pregs behave alike in heat. Normally there is no tom around, so its just an amusing detail. But when there IS a tom around, they gets mated... I mean, we see it as nuisancy, the tom bothering the female, but often he is perhaps really helping her.
Still, we recomment to separate. if they are good friends, do it gently. :)

Observe, with humans we have sometimes a similiar behavior. A woman whom is going over time, is sometimes recommended to make love with her husband. And this hastens up the labor to begin.

It may be something similiar with cats?

Of course, she could have a false pregnancy, and is now ready to try again.
YOU being there must decide which is which.

i asked if it was normal because i am starting to wonder if she is pregnant at all.
