I am impatient with every pregnant cat we get :D We have a pregnant feral that I can't touch that has looked like she was about to pop since the moment she arrived and that was over a week ago! I am dying! I want to touch her belly and feel the babies but I am positive she would rip my face off lol

A different coworker is about to ahve a litter from their rescue the babies are from a calico mom and mixed with a saimese dad (so we believe) I'm super excited I'll be taking the babies to adopt out when old enough and said if any are pushed away from mom I'll take bottle baby duties. SO EXCITED D<

She may be. Time will tell. But cats can have after pains and feel sore and exhausted, just like human moms!

Are the babies nursing now?

Yeah i got her some wet food she ate a little and they followed. They are so cute. The grey one has white boots and white bits on his/her face

The kittens need to stay in the nest for now when mom gets up. Do you have them in a nest with sides like a box? The reason is because they need to stay warm. They are not able to regulate their own body temperature for the first 3 weeks.

I am glad that all has gone well! Has she stopped groaning? Cats ovulate after mating so they can deliver younger kittens even days after the main litter. And like everyone else here, I am looking forward to photos :hyper:

Shes stopped groaning I gave her an extra blanket this morning and put food near her :) told my boyfriend keep it toasty while I'm at Work! The grey one looks like he/she has a few stripes and one black is definitly a tux. Ill try to get a closer inspection tonight momma cats been very good and receptive to love so ill try to weigh the kittens tonight :)

I put some food in the cage shes uninterested. she seems tired. I had to move one of the kittens back to her he/she got behind momma. They are all curled up together im sure momma is very tired. Shes very quiet which si weird shes my biggest talker in the house.
