Thanks for the tip about the smaller wire. I will check that. I will try and do as little damage to the fence as possible. I don't have a car, so my rescue friend is shopping for bolt cutters for me. So I probably will be able to try to catch them Friday morning. I am very worried about being able to find the kittens, there are trees and brush in between the fences. So I could easily miss them. And I am not sure about the number of them. I suppose if I can't find them after awhile they will get hungry and start crying which could help me locate them. The mother may be hard to catch too, since she doesn't come out to eat until she is alone. I usually feed in the evening, but if it take me awhile to trap her it will be dark and hard to find the babies in the dark. It's also in a back alley area drug people hang out at. So I appreciate all the good vibes you are sending.
I had someone tell me today they heard meowing early in the morning so Im like 90% sure the kittens are inside the garden center at my walmart. tomorrow im going to go on an adventure after class to walmart and start digging through the area no one ventures into. I got everyone in the garden center on kitty look out and have verified momma has been in there at least 3 times today! I will try to get both momma and babies at once if not I will get just the babies at 6-8 weeks depending on if momma tries to move them. I am going to order my adult cat trap when i get paid tomorrow so wish me luck maybe i can find babies. catch and cage momma then give her back her babies :) A Happy ending for everyone involved.

I still havnt found any kitties i searched the whole garden center and behind it. Behind it their is a possibility its a mess pallets and weird garden carts behind it. So theirs potential kitty spots. I saw Chuck. He is the Walmart garden center cat. He keeps the mice out. He's Also from momma's litter 8 months ago he is actually my Artie and Jaspurs brother. But I got all the cart pushers on momma kitty alert I told them to kinda trail her and see where she goes but not to get to close to where she'll try to move them I'm hoping i get a call today were suppose to get rain

They are very good at hiding. My mom kitty keeps moving her babies. They are by a car wash where there is a lot of foot traffic. So I'm trying to find them again.

I got the mom and two babies. The third baby must have died. I think the kittens are about four weeks old now. They are going to the vet for a check up tomorrow.

Great that you got them...sorry about the other little fella. So do you have long range plans for all of them?

That's wonderful that you got mom and 2 kittens. Sorry, though, about the 3rd kitten. :sniffle:

Let us know how the vet visit goes. And then we'll be expecting kitten pictures! :camera: ;) :catrub:

If the kittens are healthy they will get adopted out through nice rescue lady. The mom (Lucky) is feral, so TNR.
