That's an weird coincidence. On all of my dog groups we have TOT Tongue out Tuesday. In multiple different websites and FB groups and on Instagram, etc. But I've never heard of a Tongue out Thursday. I always thought it was Tongue Out Tuesday. But I guess it really doesn't matter.
