Can someone please help me understand what is happening with one of my kitties.

She is four months old turning 5 months on the 4th of December. Day before yesterday I noticed signs that she was going into heat. I called the vet over and he came and checked her and insisted she was constipated. So he gave me some mineral oil and some antibiotics. However after he left I noticed my other kitten the same age, he brother, was trying to mate with her. So I called back the vet, who advised to continue with the mineral oil and antibiotics. Which I did. Now early this morning around 5:15 am she got out nd was outside for about 10minutes. I didn' hear any screaming because I was working out and had music on but when my dad told me she was outside I ran to get her. When I picked her up she started sneezing blood. She looks very uncomfortable. She keeps squinting her eyes, turning her head up and sneezing blood. It has eased now and she is sleeping. I called the vet and he advised to go to the pharmacy and get some vitamin k tablets and give her half of a pill. He said if the bleeding continues she'll just need to get an injection. She's always a bit stressed, kneeding intensely several times a day before. I really dont want anything to happen to her so please advise if this sounds familiar to anyone of you. Please.

I also fed her some water through a sirange last night fearing she might really be constipated and drinking enough water but then I saw her pooped and she doesn' look to be in any strain.

She's on a diet of regular friskies I free feed them dry food and give them three meals a day of canned food

My advice would be to see another vet, because yours isn't enough focused on what is going on.
Furthermore, this bleeding thing is worrying me a bit and a single vitamin K tablet might not be the solution.

Allow me to say that Friskies isn't the best food around for a kitten.

Agreed.

Find another vet who will address you issues, and spay and neuter your kittens. They are quite young, and you do not want inbred babies.

I contacted another vet who will do they spay when the heat is over. The problem with most vets here is that they don' do the spay surgery on kittens younger than 6 month old. But she will have hers next week.

I contacted another vet and having her checked after work. I have four kittens had them on a mix of the acana and Origen dried foods and they hated it. They were constantly leaving it out on most days. It was the first food introduced to them when they got put on dry food and after a couple of days they just didn't want to eat it and would only eat the canned foods.
