Not an entry, I am having a hard time deciding. While scanning through photos I ran across these. They are from Jan or Feb 2017 when she came home limping on right hind foot, it was the last time she was outside solo. Vet discovered healed puncture wounds

Unfortunately when I adopted Zoey from the shelter, her first owner had declawed her, but I love her little white socks just the same
Poor little ZOEY. I wonder how she got to the shelter after being declawed. I'm surprised that this horrible mutilation is not forbidden. No veterinaire who practises declawing deserves his title.
Fortunately for Zoey she found you.

I'm not 100% sure. All I know is that she was dropped of just before Christmas, spayed, declawed and just around a year old. I thought maybe she would end up having litterbox or biting issues, but she does not. So why they got rid of her is a mystery.
