I wish I could feed all the ferals yummy wet food.

I still want to provide them with the best food possible and not go broke.
I am currently feeding Costco brand but I'm sure there is something better...

What do you all think is the best budget friendly dry cat food that is easily accessible at local pet food stores?

Costco brand is pretty good. No by-product meal, meat as the first ingredient, etc. It's the best you can get in that price range, especially if you don't want to order online. No reason to change if they're doing well!

True, don't fix it if it's not broke.
Just double checking that there isn't a better option that I'm not aware of.

Several members here have suggested Tractor Supply brand as a budget friendly food. I can't speak for it myself as we don't have it here, but it might be worth looking into.

Basically, 4Health, Kirkland (the Costco brand), and Diamond Naturals are all the same thing. Diamond manufactures the food for Costco and TSC. So if you can get it for a better price at Costco, might as well ;).
