Does anyone have an idea what kind of kitten this is? I believe the mother is all black so I am curious to know if it might be part Balinese and hopefully I would Does it appear to have an undercoat?

I didn't know anything about fever coat until now, but I know my big blue guy had ghosting when he was still a kitten and I knew he was going to grow out of it. We had a girl before him change from white and cream to white with a deep heather color and a beautiful mask, so you never can quite tell with your kittens.

The pointed cats, especially, change quite a bit over time. Our beloved Sishya was almost all white with what looked like a faint mask around her eyes, a faint saddle, and a brown tail when she first found me. Over time, she darkened beautifully, and in her last year or so, she lightened up again.
