Thank you!
Thank you! I am telling him the same thing! I am so proud of him! I just want to see him with weight on him now!
And there he is. Now I can look him in the eyes and tell him to keep eating. Beautiful boy.
Funny you said that, because his vet said he is so soft, and feels like bunny furr!
what a lovely coat he has!!
Does it make a difference that his stools are soft? I am still giving him probiotics. I am just trying to find something cheaper than the $17.7ish for 10 of them! That's very expensive.

His eyes are nice and clear-he looks really good other than being thin-come on CAT EAT YOUR FOOD!!
At this point whatever he wants to eat let him..protein is what he needs and abit of fiber to keep that colon functioning. We have seen good success with olive oil drops in the wetfood if pumpkin doesnt work but oil should only be done once in awhile..Glad Mukkia is eating!
Thank you for sticking with us on this up and down ride. It means a lot to me!This is WONDERFUL NEWS! I'm so happy for you and Mukkia
and vibes for continued progress and health! [emoji]128149[/emoji]
Can't wait to see pics
@catwoman707 Told me about Nexabiotic probiotics from Amazon, but she told me to ask Mukkia's vet first. I keep forgetting, so I just grabbed some from the vet's office.
no thats fine-as long as its not runny like the runs-you want it soft=we dont want him to strain to poop. I think you are doing a faboulous job!!! what about ebay? Or human probiotics? Maybe you can ask the vet?

He really has a handsome face, make sure to keep stuffing it with food LOL. I don't recommend human liver thoughView media item 338040He has not used the bathroom this morning, so it doesn't really show how tiny he truly is.
I will try to get another one later on today.
LOL, @Zed Xyzed!! You are too funny! Thank you for always making me laugh! You know, I will NEVER forget that conversation!!!!!!

You can also get some Proviable probiotic from Chewy.com. I found Chewy to be half the price than that of the Specialist. I give that to Artie, daily

I found some like that on Allivet.com. it is NaturVet 2 n 1 digestive enzymes plus probiotics. soft chews 50 count for $5.49. Anyone have experience with this brand?

Excellent point, @Kittens Mom! YOU ARE VERY CORRECT! I am thankful to have you guys!!!!!!!!!!
I'm going to encourage you to consult with your veterinarian before trying another probiotic. Vets don't carry the most expensive brand just to make money off of it. You are holding success in your hand right now. Careful how you meddle with it. I know the stuff from the vet is expensive but if you consider in terms of what you've spent, financially and emotionally to get where you are with Mukkia it's a very small amount.
I can't get a picture of it, but he has two bald spots on both of his back legs. There are two on each, and they are behind his (knees?) I don't know what caused this. They are at the knee, and just below it.i wonder if its where they ran an iv line? Usually the iv is on the front paw but ? I don't know off the top of my head...sorry
